Inside the city of Chang'an, Handicapped Warriors and Lyu Bu together fight Xiliang Army headed by Li Ru. The two sides fight a battle of wits and courage, and finally both Li Ru and Dong Zhuo die in the fight.
Outside the city of Chang'an, with the help of Mr. Shuijing's adviser Jia Xu, Niu Fu takes a successful revenge using the Dark Arts of War. Lyu Bu flees out of Chang'an in complete discomfiture. The Dark Arts of War is completely unveiled, and Lyu Bu is forced into a desperate situation.
