this is a really great home. I love the pantry, and basically two living rooms, one for visiting and one for tv. And a nice porch adds so much to a home. Great job, great tour.
I like this home very much, Nate. I would leave out the door in Master bed room and some how work in a tub, even if I had to make the shower smaller. Also would change the double doors in the master bed room closet. Other than that I do love the home.
The only thought about the bath room door - maybe would be nice if you walked out into a private hot tub ? Otherwise I would remove it and put a freestanding tub in that spot
Nice home, I would get rid of the exit door in the primary bedroom along with that part of the porch, it is big enough without it. So that I can extend the primary bathroom out to make it bigger & add a soaker tub. Also Nate, you did not show that door in the entry hallway next to the primary bedroom, please what is behind that door? I actually like this house a lot, for me I would get rid of all the carpet in the main living areas, I'm with you on the white cabinets I dislike them also...
Hi, I think I might use the fa.ily room as NY main living room and then the living room as the family room. I really like the separation between it and the kitchen. I ha e had a looking day with Dr apots for my daughter and myself both (2 each!) I ha e MS so get worn out fast. But I also had to drive an hr to pick her up, then an hr to the appts, then and he back. From MY house to the appts is about 29 min so I was going g way out of the way to get to her place. Anyway, after that I think I woukd want to soak. so I would walk out that master bath door to the private feck area that I would have divided and climb in my hot tub! I have always salted a private hot tub outside my master bath or bedroom. 😉
Weeellllll.... There's 2 doors u didn't open one in the laundry and the door befor the master and there's no tub in master this was kinda a let down get rid of the 2nd living room and make more room for the master bath and a half bath. Yeah didn't care for this one just the porch was the best part
I totally don't understand that closet in the family room. If you hang a flat screen on that wall, the barn doors will hit it. If you're going to have a door off the master, it should be the bedroom not the ensuite.
I would swap that Solid Wood ( no window ) Front Door for the Full View Blinds Between the Glass Door in Master Bath & have the Solid Wood in Bathroom & Full View Glass on the Front. That way you still have Privacy ( keep Door locked ) in Bathroom but a way out of Bedroom in case of emergency. 😊 I Love That Porch & this Home but Kit doesn’t service our Area. 😢😪
Literally the ONLY thing I'd change with this home is moving the door off the bathroom to the bedroom. Then I'd section off that part of the porch for a little bit of privacy.
I really like this home. I feel that every bathroom should have a place to put towels and toilet paper

That closet with the barn doors was an oversight in the design. I asked about that to. That closet is only available now with regular doors.

Loved everything about this home….until the master bedroom. The closet is on the tv wall, no tub and an exterior door in the bathroom?!?! 🤔.
Like you, like the house a lot. But I would do away with the barn doors, the white cabinets and that door from the bath to the porch!
