- Two very accessible Munros!
These two hills are an irresistable temptation on the northbound journey to Inverness from the A9. Park right next to the road in a large-ish carpark and head uphill. The Drumochter pass is just south of Inverness and provides a very pleasant walk at any time of year

Hello You Two,
Dave's Gaelic pronunciation is outstanding! Or maybe it's some judicious editing 🤔There was clearly more snow in the east at Christmas than there was in the west at New Year but hey, who's complaining 😃After the upcoming milder spell we'll hopefully get some 'proper' winter weather and we can meet up again. Hugs to you both. Ian and Meg 🤗🤗🐶
Hey Ian! It was just the start of a magnificent few days 😊 I’m a bit addicted to those translations 😂 Our friend Willie was related to the late Sorley McLean! We must arrange a meeting some time. He’s extremely entertaining 😍 TTFN!
Wow, beautifulsnow adventures. What great joy . New friend here. Happy New Year onwards.
Thank you ❤️ and a happy new year to you too. Love the landscape when it snows 😍
Lovely on top there Sue. I imagine that wind was bitter but bountiful. I checked out Ben Alder - it's a gnarly one. Thanks for sharing your winter wonderland. Mark
You’re welcome Mark 👍 Yeah, Ben Alder is magnificent. Whenever I prepare a video on gnarly ground I think of you 😁
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth Yeah, It looks it - watched a few videos last night on account of your mention. Hope you guys make a video on it one day soon. Thanks for the thoughts Sue - peace out.
@WyeExplorer it does feature on this one
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth Yeah, I know that Sue but that's not what I meant. I meant you guys going there and exploring it - you know not from a distance.
@@WyeExplorer Ha! Sorry Mark! I started to reply but didn’t finish my sentence, sent by accident! I meant that there is a video of it way back on the channel, an old one. I’ll put a link to it in the description if you fancy it. It’s goi g back a bit though, don’t feel obliged 😂 👍
Agree winter wonderland ,we have at is best 3 days of snow before it is gone lol
Haha! I know… in Britain it’s transient, sigh! Good to make the most of it, whilst it lasts. Thanks for your time! 😍
