FISH SAUCE
* 4 medium chopped tomatoes
* 1 medium chopped onion
* 4 small chopped peppers
* 1 medium chopped red bell pepper
* 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* 2 knorr seasoning cubes
* 2 tablespoons blended crayfish
* 2 tablespoons fish stock
