    Always so soothing. My mind has been more erratic than usual lately, and after the drifting away of a 16 year friendship been feeling very low, overthinking why it happened or how as my mind has a habit of doing. Thinking, thinking, endlessly thinking, but now also knowing there is only forwards into a bright future with no hard feelings. This vid had a calming effect and encouraged that inner peace within. Thank you and love to you all. You can and will prevail over your struggles. You are stronger than you know. May the light always shine within 🙏🏼✨💙

      Me too I can’t sleep at night so I always use these. That way I can sleep. Thought and worries keep me up at night. But these keep my mind a ease

    Do you mind for the future, to not put ads at the end of your sleep meditations, I personally listen with headphones on in my room, but when I start to drift off towards the end and an ad plays, I get startled. So i'd appreciate it if in the future you can remove the ads from the end of your sleep meditations. ❤ I hope you have a wonderful day, and I hope this will help improve your videos! ❤

    It’s hard to sleep during exams due to stress. But it’s really helpful. I have listened to asmr and so many things. But only this can make me calm and fall asleep easily. I listen to this daily during exam weeks.

    Hi, you had a video that I always used to watch, I had it saved on a playlist, it was entitled you need to hear this, affirmations or something like that? It was removed, is that normal for you to do that? It used to say things like nothing you've ever done nothing you ever do will ever make you less, how can I judge a mountain and it's a concept that we apply to ourselves... it lasted about 10 minutes and now it's gone. Did you remove it? Or was it renamed or something it just disappeared this weekend.

    Please put the ads at the start of the meditation if possible, there was a very loud double ad at the end of your beautiful, peaceful meditation.

    Not a fan of this.. 2 minute body scan then the rest of the audio is spent telling me I should go to sleep. Not helping when distracting myself to go to sleep
