i was afraid to talk because thought i was the only one who didnt like this re-debut... i mean i like all the tracks. but the mv, the line distribution, how the 2 new members were not introduced properly(they just assumed people would know them), how suhye was literally sidelined... dont get me wrong, i love yeshiro, but not to the point that they would take over what limelight has built...
the purpose of a debut mv is to introduce members. this mv needs to:
1) introduce the 2 new members
2) add in yeshiro in the group seamlessly
3) make sure that what ot3 built from limelight would get rewarded.
4) reintroduce the rebranded group and make sure that their identity as a new group is clear
they failed all 4..
everything is such a downgrade from what they did for limelight..
even the 3d visual effects were not rendered properly. that opening text was so jarring you could see it failing to track. those greenscreens are so messy you could see messy outlines on the members and because the camera was so dynamic, every greenscreen had a hard time tracking. and what are those AI images even supposed to be?
it was already hard to get to know who the new members were, then they add in more confusing ai images? like what?
at the end of the mv i still have no idea who the new members are, and aside from miu, where the heck is limelight????
the mv is so unpolished when all of limelight's mv is so cinematic and highly produced with budget to spend.
they were doing so perfect with ot3... why did they stumble this hard with a group that they had literally years to prepare for...
i expected so much from 143 for madein because they were perfectly doing it for limelight...
i thought they were holding back marketing limelight because they were waiting for yeshiro.. turns out its not the problem..
this redebut feels so rushed even though they had years to prepare...
limelight fans know that yeshiro + new members are coming.
yeshiro fans know that they would eventually regroup with limelight.
so why the heck does it feel that 143 is the one who didnt know that it would happen??
and whats up with that dude at the end? they already have problems balancing screen time of the members and they still added a non-member? for what?
no shots to the members, i have been supporting ot5 from the start and i expected 2 new members since the start... but 143 stumbled really hard on this that the only saving grace are the members themselves...
Real. It’s like the team behind this didn’t think about this enough. Like they were too focused on coming back asap to somehow “keep the fire going” (cause Yeshiro joined & the 2 were from Kep1er, which is quite popular and have a solid fanbase)
As yeshiro fan (a kep1ian here) I also think the same.
143 debut them without any well-manage plan and not professional, seems too rush only to keep the hype from kep1ian (while actually kep1ian want yeshiro to take break and rest for awhile since all kep1 members always have strict schedule during past 2.5 years).
Many kep1ians already know limelight and how 143 manage limelight so many (including me) expect at least the mv and management will be like how they handle limelight, BUT APPARENTLY NOT😢
Even they can't handle basic knowledge like not to put pre-order 4 day before debut, music show appearance on the same week as debut day so we can't lose sns point to secure 1st win, ai thingy, and many more.
It's even horrible to know the company fed AI Machine with members face without thinking for any consequence (and members digital safety) judging how AI and deepfakes are currently huge issue in SK😭

It's so depressing to see the low views on Madein's UNO MV when the song is actually more than fine (still kinda different from Limelight but it grew on me) while Limelight's MVs were getting more attention every comeback
i’m so happy to see yeshiro getting the lines they deserve ❤️❤️❤️ but i never expected suhye to be at the bottom… i know this isn’t a vocal heavy song but she was the main vocalist in limelight (and an amazing one too) so it’s a bit disappointing to see her get the least amount of lines here

The best vocalist with 11 seconds? Let's hope this trend ends with the next song! Of course, I did expect the concentration to be on Yeshiro; and that's fine for the debut.
I think they're trying to attract more fans to increase popularity with yeshiro bcs the group got rebrand. Basically, they're starting all over again with a fresh start.
But i feel a bit disappointed that they don't show others much, too much on yeshiro tbh
So truee, i was expecting for Yeshiro yo be first but they did my girl Suhye dirty, she is the best and most stable vocalist and se has only 11s, really!!
I agree 🎯 I come from the Limelight side and in anticipation of this debut, watched a lot of Yeseo fancam to get to know her as I was not super familiar with Kepler. Miu is still my bias but Yeseo is now my wrecker. Even so, Suhye is so amazing and is the strongest vocalist and I truly hope that the line distribution isn't so lopsided going forward.
In Limelight the line distribution was also very unfair having Suhye with most of the lines in several songs and no one said "how unfair to the other members" even though she sang the whole song by herself but now they are whining because now she is in the position of not receiving as many lines as before, fans are very hypocritical.
@@perezoso29622 Disagree. The line distribution in LIMELIGHT was fairly even, obviously so, since there were only three members in the group. Yes, Suhye had to most lines because she was main vocalist and had the greatest range; the other members were not very strong vocalists, at least at the beginning of their careers. Also, I'm not whining, I'm just recognizing the best vocalist had few lines, but I also expected (and agreed) with the reason why Yeshiro were highlighted. Of course, Yeseo is my bias.

I totally understand and support the decision for pushing Yeseo and Mashiro on their official debut. They need Kep1er's fanbases to notice the two members W1 neglected the most. I'm sure they'll balance things on future comebacks.

I'm surprised Gaeun is nearly last because at least the mv showed her singing. Honestly thought MiU and Serina would be last as they got literally no screentime at all. Stunned at Suhye (literal main vocal) at the bottom though, what a wild line distribution.

It’s quite obvious they have to appease Keplians who are going to make up a core fan base for madein by ensuring yeshiro are highlighted after pulling them out or Kepler. Was anyone expecting them to have minimal lines esp for their debut?
Also this is obviously a not a difficult song to sing. It’s a lot of sing-reading. Hence having strong outstanding vocals is good but not needed.

@@K_Sailen I don't think so. They have cartoon illustrations, but the guess is that something happened with the MV process and they ended up using AI to make it go faster.
The physical album release got delayed, and so many fans are hoping they rerelease the MV with no AI because of the pushback, but also because it doesn't look good.

Wow. I've refused to watch the MV officially due to people talking about the AI but it's worse than I thought. It's not only an insult to real artists but it also just doesn't fit the video and is completely unnecessary. Such a shame.
They literally kicked out to Suhye and Gaeun... Why make a new group if you were only going to focus on two? It was better to leave LIMELIGHT as it was.
Don't get me wrong, all the girls are good and talented but this is too much. Suhye is main vocalist, that girl has the potential to have the main hook of any song 11 seconds is offensive if it's not a big part where her voice stands out. Gaeun literally has the most unique voice of all of them. In Limelight's last comeback she didn't have a solo unlike Miu and Suhye, now she doesn't sing at all that's horrible. I still don't know who the new members Serina and Nagomi are, I think they should release a pre-single and not debut at once. Also this song is good but not debut material. Thinking LIMELIGHT Honestly is a 10/10 while this is a 6.7 for a main song. I hope this gets better and doesn't get worse, I've seen ikon fans complaining about 143 entertainment for things related to management and marketing but what happened with Madein is stupidly bad.
I actually don't think its bad having Gaeun and Suhye at the bottom, even if Suhye's a great vocalist.
They probabaly want to showcase Nagomi, Serina, Mashiro and Yeseo more since they're new members. Even tho we know Mashiro and Yeseo well, we didn't really get to hear much of them in Kep1er. We've heard a lot of the other 3 from Limelight, so I take this as a way to showcase what the new members can bring to the group

Too soon to judge, this song is good but there's a lot of filler space where lyrics and singing could've taken placed. While some of limelight members didn't get enough lines, I personally feel that decision is cause this MV or song, ain't the main song. It doesn't feel like it personally, especially when the mv only focused on mashiro most of the time and more time was given to her to attract kep1er fans to Madein. Hopefully, Gaeun gets more lines cause i really like her vocal tone, I also really like Nagomi's vocals.
