The pv is fine, just the motions are so weird. They imported it from the concert and barely tried to edit it to make it look natural, the original pv was meant for them to be sliding around the stage, but there's nowhere TO slide here, so it just looks so awkward..
Id also like to add the effects part, like it just looks awkward and unfitting. There's literally tons of effects out there that would be better for the PV, but this one just makes them looks dark and their skin abnormally white. It's as if they pick a random effect using one of those online name picker and slap it in
Im personally kinda dissapointed by the Mega39s pv, Im personally in love with the direction they took style wise it looks gorgeous, but the motions are just so stiff, like they just focused on the head and it looks unnatural. When theyre on stage its a bit better but theyre still kinda stationary on the roki rokin roll part.
Two of the only PVs I liked from Mega 39s/MegaMix are 39 Music and Alien Alien. With Roki they tried but the rigging was so bad it ruined what could have been a good PV. Other than that they had great ideas but the rigging ruined it. They also made it an MP4 so you can't change the modules :(
Until you realise that none of the songs introduced in project diva mega39s include changeable singers and only characters dancing. Meiko would slay this song tho.

I think they are experimenting with a new way of animating since this is a mp4 and the movements feel different plus that weird decision of sticking the camera to their waist, I hope that with this experiment they do something like what they did with PDX: Never use it ever again
it’s okay if they do stuff from X. i mean, we already have stage PVs since 2010 like Luka Luka Night Fever, PoPiPo, and such. it’s just how it’s executed. to put it into perspective, look at Future Tone’s Hand in Hand and then at X’s. it’s same PV, same stage, same motion data, but the differences are HUGE.

Xavier Ramirez the animation is terribly rigged. They slide across the floor when they shouldn’t and then don’t slide when they should. You can’t change the modules or characters because it’s an mp4 file, and the shots of them playing guitar are just taken from the End of Solitude pv. It is *BAD*

It's because their using the dance data from the concert and in the concerts both rin and len are moving around the stage instead of being in a static positions

I’m dissapointed with the pv, not because I don’t like it, but because it has so much great potential that I feel the animators just ignored... Like if they just spent more time refining the animation and camera movement, it’d be perfect. Btw, this is an awesome cover you did 👌🏼
Personally I’m not a big fan of the PV itself (or the game’s style in general tbh,,,) the models seem super stiff in some areas but also weirdly slidy and floaty in others, almost like the rigs for the models themselves were glitchy or something? I don't think the comments realise how much time and effort went into this. yeah, it's not great but at least it's actual content. I thought it was pretty good. I've been rigging mmds in my spare time and something like this would have taken a couple of days of nonstop work for me. I don't know this creator personally but they probably have work or school to do and they need to focus on that and keeping themselves healthy. can we please just appreciate that they made this?

In my opinion, SEGA never intended to create a PV for this song (all the other Non-Miku songs use the official animated PVs) but because it didn’t have a PV, they just threw the concert choreography onto a MP4.
Thing with the motion is i believe that their center bone isnt moving, making their feet slide across the ground and stuff. Not entirely sure if its the center bone tho

@@SakuraMaplee vocaloid 4 option called "Growl" used often to make the vocaloids sound more raspy which works most when they are screaming. If you want to hear more growling, I suggest searching up ghost rule covers as they use it the most.

Thanks, i can hear Len much clearer now, than when we have Rin, Mikito and Len. I love the original Rin and Mikito one, but if they are going to put Lens voice on top of it they should have chosen either one.

I honestly don’t mind this PV, cause I think they had planned to do like 5 pvs and for the rest keep the original mvs. but this one didn’t have an mv, so they compromised and made this on a different animation software that was probably cheaper and required less resources than a fully animated project diva pv (that’s why you can’t change the modules, cause changing them probably requires a lot of rigging and shit, and it was made on a different software. I don’t wanna say mmd lmao but). So like I’m glad we got this at least lol and we got some nice lighting in this so it’s not all bad. Still I feel like they could’ve probably commissioned someone cause there’s so many mmd videos that look better than this lmfao

I honestly don’t mind this PV, cause I think they had planned to do like 5 pvs and for the rest keep the original mvs. but this one didn’t have an mv, so they compromised and made this on a different animation software that was probably cheaper and required less resources than a fully animated project diva pv (that’s why you can’t change the modules, cause changing them probably requires a lot of rigging and shit, and it was made on a different software. I don’t wanna say mmd lmao but). So like I’m glad we got this at least lol
and we got some nice lighting in this so it’s not all bad.
Still I feel like they could’ve probably commissioned someone cause there’s so many mmd videos that look better than this lmfao
