Friends; Stars - I am new to this such experience. Recently I had stumbled upon your videos and hypnosis through the result of a sudden and emptying breakup. I had been desperate, and so the thought of hypnosis to help me in my new situation seemed appealing - especially due to the previous knowledge I've already possessed about hypnosis. I admit to have been somewhat skeptical as to whether or not it would work for me, although I found myself putting faith in it soon enough. It didn't take a long time for me to get over my breakup, and I do attribute that to your hypnosis. Since then, I've begun being more open this experience. I'm actively trying out some videos of yours, as well as others, and listening to them as I sleep - allowing as best as I truly can for my subconscious self to absorb what it hears, I suppose. I’m going through Divorce and some days it feels like it’s impossible to let go. The thought of my family breaking apart destroys my heart. I am hopeful this will help 😢
Hi Tami! I don't have a video specifically catered to that. Though what I might encourage is to do a mediation on your own, without any specific guidance from a video or audio spoken word, maybe just some music. That is a practice my wife and I do. Now, of course one can argue anything coming into your mind is your own creation. And yet, if you get the preferred results, as in feelings of clarity, or inspiration, moving on, comfort, etc, well it's still creating a positive outcome. I've had several experiences like that relative to my late father, who I hadn't seen for nine years before his passing. Two of those years we didn't even speak. Years later, after I discovered meditation and other metaphysical modalities, I had experiences with my dad's energy. Again, one can say it was all in mind. Either way, I became completely at peace with and made amends with my father and was free of the negative emotions and energy that I was burdened I allowed to consume me. It's completely changed my relationship with my father I feel today. 💙🙏🏼
