I live in the country in the best therapy in the world is driving on the back roads sippin on some sweet tea! Second best therapy is walking through the woods communing with nature citas better if you do Barefoot so you actually connect with mother earth. It's very healing lift your spirit right away. Tiphani is so much like me cracks me up because like you got a whole window over there why you rolling down mine my husband does the same damn thing we're not out in the middle of creepy Woods though . Here's a tip for keeping the mud to a minimum inside your car when you go on your muddy adventures; Keep some extra big heavy duty garbage bags in your car and before you get in, step into the bag (for all passengers,of course) and pull bag up to your waist or chest before you sit down, cuts down on cleanup duties!

i got lost in the woods last year in Tn. It was scary. I wound up having to call 911.Thank goodness they could locate me using my phone. I had eleven tics on me and the ranger who was a part of the search told me he had 41 tics on him. I felt so bad for putting all those people through that because of me.
