Thank you for the video! I started following your steps and it helped me to reach the final solution. In my case, although it is part of what needs to be specified to as a necessary condition for the email to be sent, the condition keeps being true, so when other fields of the item changed afterwards and the Status/Value still was "Resolved", it would again send the email. I needed to add an extra step to change again my field to another value after the email was sent to break the loop. Interesting to see that "when an item is modified" it opens the possibility of iterating an action even if you thought it was only going to happen once, or to only one field... it doesn't!!
Hi, It seems to not work for me, The flow is not picking up on the change in the column. My flow wont run a test either even though the flow checker was successful. the trigger formula you shared isn't working
But how can I do this in the same time? 1. When the status is changed to certain wording, then 2. Trigger notification email for someone who is assigned in the certain column. Can I do it in the same time?
@@m365techhelp 8:24 Instead of using “true” for has the column status changed, how can we run the flow of a specific status in that column is selected?
Great video. I am trying to do the same but the only difference is I want to send reminder emails based on due dates but when Status column value is in progress. I have task list in SP and do not want to send reminder emails if task status is Completed. Can you please help? My flow is scheduled to run at 8am everyday but it sends emails for tasks no matter what the status is.
Thanks for the information :) I have query, is there any option in power automate, where to include Yes/No option in HTML table for every row, User need to confirm whether they still needed this PO or to be closed. If yes, need to chase supplier to pay remaining dues and if no will close it. Appreciate if you can help
I have an issue, I have 2 columns in microsoft lists, that are pretty much the same with a "yes/no" value, but supposedly they send an email, to certain person if "yes" is set. However right now the first flow that i created send an email just fine but then it send an email again the second time when the other column is set to "yes". how do I change that? :)
Wow. Didn’t know this option existed. Thanks
Great video thank you. Exactly what I needed.
Thankyou !
