Too good Kabitaji. Very yummy looking. Normally in our traditional style of this kind of Murabba we add grated ginger instead of cardamom powder. Using ginger it becomes more tasty and helps in indigestion or acidity.
Finally I got the process which I was searching for and watched many videos but didn't get it. You steamed the Amla before piercing it. Exactly this is what Baba Ramdev told to follow this way instead of directly piercing Amla. Is it done to avoid the wastage of Amla juice if pierced directly ? Or is there any other reason for steaming Amla ? Kindly reply. Your methodology is EXCELLENT !!!
