    We did not have to show all the pots we have made because regardless of how big or how small and of what design, you only have to follow the same procedure illustrated here in this demo, this technique shown here has the potential for mass production, you can produce many if you follow this technique.

    If you want it to be refractory, like for a rocket stove or habachi, then replace the cement with sodium silicate. For the record, silica gel helps concrete dry faster.

      I am using a quick drying cement, I am not sure if I could buy sodium silicate at our hardware supplies around our place. I am already content with the result of products we made, thank you.

    I would like to know where I could get the types of mold used in your video.

    Muy buen video amigo. ¿Cuanto reduce el peso de este concreto. Y cual proporcion usas en partes de cada ingrediente.
    Muchas gracias. Excelente trabajo.

      Sorry i dont understand Spanish, if you are asking the ingredient ratio, it is 1:1:1, meaning 1 volume of cement, 1 volume of sand and 1 volume of pulped paper(very fine blended paper). Allow extra water from pulped paper to drain. From there you can mix them thoroughly add water to the mixture, not so watery. Now you have a mixture ready for molding.

      @@bobvegapapercreter thanks for your reply Sr. And yes, I Was asking for the proportions of the mixture. Also I asked if the resulting pot is lighter than a regular one without the paper pulp. I guess it is.
      Congrats.
      Keep up the good work Sr.

      @@sogorusg1342 the purpose of adding pulped paper to the mixture is to keep the products lighter and perhaps add strength too.

    Thanks for this video, it really helps a lot to us who wants to re-use/ recycle paper wastes but what about the other things shown on the video like the glue, glue stick, etc...when or where do you use those things, it really confused me?

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The glue stick is used as spacer between the lower and upper mold, if I want the bottom thickness of my pot to be 1/2", I would cut it from the glue stick and stick it in the middle bottom of the lower mold using an instant glue and let it dry, once done,
      start with wiping the inner part of the lower mold with oil and also the outer part of the upper mold, the purpose is for the mold or molder to easily separate from the molded pot when dry, and now you can start the molding process by putting in the pre determined amount of mixture into the lower mold, next press the upper mold slowly downward until you feel you have reached the tip of the stick glue in the middle serving as spacer and stopper of the upper mold. That is the use of the glue stick. I hope I am clear.

    Is there a big difference in weight compared to the mix that has no paper?

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can only feel the diference if you experiment making a pot with and without paper, then after making both, weigh them or feel the difference. I would say not a big difference but with the pulped paper
      added to the mixture you can feel the difference.

    Using a basin as measuring device, the mixture ratio is: cement=basin full, sand is about 1 inch lower, pulped paper is about 2 inches lower, together, mix with water in a large pail.

      Sir normal concreat pot need water dipping for somedays.....is this pot strong enough without dipping in water?

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rajanidipu3962 there is no need for that, we dont do that, you mold any time in a day and you can remove the upper mold anytime the next day. Then you do the next thing that you need to do, after everything, you paint and sun dry, you are done.

    What is exactly the volume of cement pulped paper and sand PLEASE

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a proportional ratio between cement, sand and paper written on descriptions written, its all there on the first video.

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Start with 1:1:1 ratio between cement, sand and pulped paper, make your own adjustments with the mixture if you need to.

  • @mariaiturrino6693
    @mariaiturrino6693 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I’m sorry but I don’t understand what is the proportion It is in volume 1volume of cement , ? Volume of sand and ? Volume of paper ? Can be 3/4?

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stary with 1:1:1 ratio, same volume for each ingredient. From there make your own adjustments if there is a need if you think.

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      1 volume part for each ingredient, for example 1 basin full for cement, 1 basin full for sand and 1 basin full of drained pulped paper. Mix them all together and you now have a mixture for molding, add water to the mix, make it not so watery.

    • @bobvegapapercreter
      @bobvegapapercreter  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why 3/4? It is 3/3 or 3:3.
