    Not my colour preference with that case, but that clearance at the top is pretty decent! Nice attention to detail with wiping out the case to remove any metal filings!

      Thanks for watching, this case does come in several colors. Take care.

      That should be a great gaming/streaming rig it should be decent at production as well, 2080ti will be relevant for awhile. Good Build.

    do you have to do a bois up date for 13th gen

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not with this motherboard it supports both 12&13th gen. I always update the bios anyways right away because if anything goes wrong it’s easy to return.

    Between is GPU (ASRock challenger) or Sapphire Pulse GPU, both 6650xt for about $280, which is better?

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      At same price I would go with sapphire they have a better warranty, but I would think you could get a 6700 for $280.

    i have this mobo and sapphire nitro rx6700xt. but the gpu is too big that it covered wifi module and pcie x1 slot. can i put the wifi card on the last pcie x16 slot? this is my first build, so any guidance would be appreciated

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you can do that and it won’t effect performance, it will work in x1 x4 x8 or by x16.

  • @gamer-ce1it
    @gamer-ce1it ปีที่แล้ว +1

    is the asrock rx 6650xt good for temps and perfomance?

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea the performance of the same model card is usually within 5% so not much change there. It’s decent at temps but all 6650s should be it’s a pretty efficient card. I would focus on warranty more than anything else the aftermarket cards are so close in this class.

    Hello, friend, tell me, do you still have this assembly? how many hotspots does the video card have in heavy games or loads ?

    • @makstyulpan1600
      @makstyulpan1600 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good afternoon, the video card has a normal temperature and there is a hotspot, amd calls it in its program (transition temperature or junction temperature) so I would like to know its value in heavy games or tasks!@@walkersgamingpcs

      I’ll check it out tomorrow, I’m away right now. I’ll run timespy on a loop for an hour and see what it is.

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว

      With default settings after an hour running timespy on a loop , the GPU temp was 72, the GPU memory junction temp was 76 and the hotspot temp was 93. You could make a custom fan profile to lower these temperatures more, which is what I would do.

    • @makstyulpan1600
      @makstyulpan1600 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have it defective, furmark full hd + without anti-aliasing, after 1 minute of hotspot operation from 90 degrees and it heats up further, I kept it up to 105 degrees further, it became a pity not to kill it completely, even though you set the fans to full!@@walkersgamingpcs

    • @lindseymarkra7005

      @@walkersgamingpcs So to connect it all in 1 argb slot on the mobo you just daisy-chained it?

    can this main board handle i5 13400f and amd 6800?

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea the motherboard should be fine with that CPU , a case with decent airflow will help keep the VRMs on the board a little cooler.

    • @tunghoangcong3991

      what if changing to 13700k without OC?

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว

      You will probably want a better board for a 13700k, those VRMs are going to get pretty hot. You can run it in 125w mode and the VRMs will be fine but you will lose some performance.

    Can the RX 6650 XT reach 100% performance?

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      With this build? Yes it can, @1080p it will benefit from a stronger CPU but it’s not like a better CPU will put it up to 6700 levels it just won’t, it’s always better to upgrade GPU over CPU in a gaming pc.

  • @vdvd2090

    I just hate how all budget pc build videos use the stock cooler, it's hot and loud, from my experience a 5$ oem 90mm tower cooler is 10-15C cooler.

    • @walkersgamingpcs
      @walkersgamingpcs  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Right on, I wouldn’t put it on anything but an I3 and I make a custom profile so it’s not loud. It hits 62c under heavy load(cinebench) and mid 50s while gaming so not hot. I also don’t want to add unnecessary waste to the environment so that’s why I do it this way. But if the customer buys one, I do install it for free in the first 30 days.
