  • Found this little piece of Walmart gold while on my lunch break and thought I'd share it with you.
Nothing like a $14 bottle opener.

unscrew the flashlight and shake out really hard till a thin circular black piece comes out. It's blocking the electrical circuit

Found one at a goodwill. Google Lens showed me exactly what it was. Then came here for your review. Thanks. Will keep in glove box/console for whenever I may need any 1 of the 6. I know the knife will come in handy for cutting up my lemons for the gym & tomatoes afterwards, when I get back to the car.

Myself I like the Ozark trail multi-tool it's awesome and practical and if you combine that with the Ozark trail survival bracelet they go together pretty pretty good as a little small survival kit.

Thanks for making this video! I got this knife inside an Ozark Trail 7-piece camp kit (for $10 on clearance, making this knife SUPER cheap for me), but it came with directions at all. Now I understand how to actually use this knife.

I did the same thing. Was walking around Walmart and it caught my eye. $14, bell yes I’m going to buy it. Not the best purchase, but I’m still interested in it. I’m going to put it to some wear and see what happens. Great video by the way.

Guys! Your batteries are hiding right behind the black cover inside the second half of the flashlight.
The cover blocks them from coming out. Shake it hard and get the batts.

glad I watched this lol. Just picked this up as someone who's new to hiking and such and figured it'd be nice to have, but I know blades and could tell it was crap from the first open. Was hoping for insight on the flashlight and mine doesn't seem to work. Either it's busted all together or the batteries are dead. Either way, I kept the receipt so it's going back.

Do you use the sharp side of the knife to help use the fire starter or the back side of the knife

    • @AlmostPrecisionKinetics

You should use the back side. But if you need a fire, and are down to using this, whatever will make it spark works.

Really, look like a good cheap knife for the average guy on a daily basis. If you lose the flashlight, that’s your own fault, knife seems to be made pretty well and is pretty sharp for out of the package. Belt clip is easy to get on and off, seems to be a pretty good knife for 15 bucks if you ask me. thanks for doing the review though, you showed me one or two things that were handy and I appreciate it.

Not very sharp out of the box.
The "cord cutter" is even Worse.
You've gotta shave the black coating off the ferro rod Before it'll spark.
The batteries in the flashlight Don't Last Long at all.
    Yep, the bottle opener Works...
