The non-screen ones are really good for your posture though in my experience! I've got an old Intuos Art from 6 years ago, and last year got a Samsung Tab S6 Lite (the " cheap" Samsung tablet w S-pen included), and this one is _so_ much worse for my back and overall posture lol. Would still be using the Intuos if my pc wasn't broken right now

@@sugoish9461 But i found non screen tables are kinda harmfull to your hand. Because of you not seeing your hand you make some weird gestures without knowing. That hurt my hand really bad i had to do rehabilitation exercies. I made custom stand for my screen tablet with old table and styrofoam. Especially styrofoam is confy and gives your hand space to rest. Overall im really happy with my setup, all my problem is screen is kinda small(12 2nd gen) thats all.

I'll keep this short...I love, love, LOVE this tablet. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS The picture quality is amazing and there are so many features that this technodino can't wait to learn! My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.

I own a Cintiq pro but I've had it for quite a while and I've been looking for alternatives in case it breaks, I'm interested in a portable one like an Android tablet but this seems good as a desktop tablet. Very nice.

My Cintiq (20WSX) is still going strong after 15 years. I'm looking to upgrade in the future to have better capabilities, screen resolution, etc. but certainly not for any issues I have had. I'm glad to see WACOM get some healthy competition, and being forced to bring their prices down a bit. Huion and X-Pen started out a bit rough, but they have really come a long way over the past few years, to the point I would actually consider using one, but my experience with WACOM makes me a little hesitant to switch brands. My biggest concern with the other brands is longevity. I can swing the money for a WACOM and know it's going to last, I don't want to end up spending more buying several of the other brands over the same period of time, or going back to WACOM after one of the others fail.

Talking about no screen tablets my huion h430p is lasting longer than my Wacom intuos draw tablet, the Wacom was considerably more comfortable but I guess it's about size too, the huion h430p is a small and cheap low end tablet and I paid half of what I paid on that Wacom that was the small and cheap low end tablet they had so maybe that's just a budget problem and a bigger huion would do the job as good as any wacom

I had a pretty bad experience with an XP-Pen tablet about 2 years ago. I am a Wacom user through and through but decided to try out XP-Pen as my first screen tablet. It worked for the first week, but then I had issues. The cables didn't work, and I tried to contact XP-Pen support and it ended up taking over two months before I was able to send the tablet back and get my refund. The support wasn't the best and I kind of just lost trust in the company. I'm sure not everyone has had that experience but I figured I'd share mine. After that incident I have had a Wacom One and it's been my favorite tablet to date

I got my first screen tablet - Huion Kanvas 16 in this year and its amazing. He got very nice screen and a glass on it. And its a big upgrade, becouse my previous one was Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch. As a first tablet it was good, and the price wasn't high. Its still working even after years of usage.

I've been burnt by XP-Pen in the past, but I'm curious about this one. I have the Artist 12 Pro - first one they sent me didn't have working shortcut buttons, so they had to replace the entire tablet. Then the cord they sent with the replacement didn't work, so I paid to replace that instead of going through their support again. Afterwards, it inconsistently wouldn't work with my computer's graphics card (works fine on my laptop though). Eventually the stylus broke, had to replace that too - though I probably dropped it, so I don't mind that one as much.
Now, I've gotten all its quirks sorted out. I still have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers 1 out of every 4 times I use it when the cursor decides to not know where it's supposed to be/starts jumping around. The cord still runs away from the tablet, just sitting perfectly still, so it's a game of quickly plugging it back in before the computer realizes its gone and re-organizes my windows. Overrall 4/10, very stressful. If they could sort out their driver/cursor inconsistencies, and get their cables to actually lock into the tablet, they'd be good, the actual drawing function is perfectly fine (ignoring lack of tilt functionality).

I gotta be honest. I have the xp-pen artist 12 first gen, and it's decent, but not super great. The screen material isn't great. It scratches very easily. It's not technically compatible with paint tool sai, and I've had many frustrating issues trying to fudge it. One hardware issue I've come across is that the express keys don't work the way you preset them unless you open the pentablet settings first, regardless of the art program you're using. No idea why, I can't figure out how to fix this. The cord design is absolutely terrible, and doesn't fit snugly in the port. It can be plugged in in two orientations, one of which blocks the power button, and the other is less secure and wiggles around a lot. Sometimes it pops out halfway and causes the screen to go black or static, and you have to fix it before continuing. Because of the poor cord design, it isn't durable. I had to replace it after two years of pretty light use. My next complaint is with the pen. The buttons are inset in the pen, instead of being raised. You have to feel around for it before you click it, and it takes me a few seconds to find it because it's hard to feel for. Even after years of using it, I still haven't adapted. There's also only one button, despite it looking like there's two. Finally, the button on top of the pen is just plastic, and feels terrible to use on the screen. Overall I wouldn't recommend this specific tablet, despite the cheap price. Save up and get something better than the xp-pen artist 12

I'm gonna be honest. I own like the cheapest options of Wacom intuos and a similarly but cheaper XP pen.
And for my work, I think the XP pen blows away because of one thing and one thing only. The support for Android devices.
Literally I do not own a computer so most of the art had been on my phone. I've been using my fingers for a long time and I was gifted the intuos as my first tablet and I did not use it as often as I wanted to.
You can only use half the screen and literally nothing else. It felt like it was done in a rush demand.
And there's no way to turn it to the side or vertically. I can only get a space that's smaller than my phone screen.
After seeing the size of the deco mini7 it's now instantly better as now I have more space to draw my lines.

I’ve had a cintiq for 4 years now and it still works perfect. I had a cheaper one before that, that I also had for around 4 years and boy by the time I was was ready to upgrade, that thing was a piece of junk. I love the idea of portable tablets and cheaper options but so far for me the more expensive ones actually end up being cheaper in the long run. Still, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye out in case my current one breaks, there’s just so similar options it can be hard to choose, so this video was helpful :)

Keep in mind that Wacom's patent's expired by the time you replaced your cheaper tablet, which XP Pen and Huion are making great use of. I've had 2 XP Pen tablets - one since 2018 and another since 2019 and they both still work like new. Wacom is getting the competition it desperately needed for decades thanks to their patents being free game since 2017 - it forced them to compete and release an affordable screen tablet after a few years of being rightfully beaten by Huion and XP Pen.

Mr. Ethan Becker I have two demands. I need a 30 page essay on why a 1 finger glove is better than a 2 finger glove. I also require the knowledge on why you draw E's like backward 3's and that you stop it. This is very incorrect, I once got a C on a middle school spelling quiz so I know what I'm talking about. Your E's are not self expression their a public safety hazard.

I have had my XP pen (22Pro I think) for a year and a half, and I freaking LOVE it. I have used it for well over 100 hours, and I couldn't be happier.

I'm wondering how durable this is tho? Like I've heard of Huion's problems with durability and how their tablets would break a year or two in, so I'm wondering if it's the same with this one? It may be great out of the box, but if you have to keep buying them every few years that's gonna cost a lot.
    Anyone got any experiences?

I have had my Huion Inspiroy H610Pro V2 for about 3 years now and its still working perfectly fine. Not sure about other tablets from Huion but mine has been doing well.

I've had the Huion Kamvas 13 2020 edition since well, 2020, its held up well and I use it every day. I also had the Kamvas 16 in the past and had no issues, just wanted a newer model. It has no parallax and I dont have any issues with it. BUT i will say when I tried Gaomon and XP Pen I had Allot of problems and don't really want to try them again, the screen is also pretty clear on the Kamvas 13! It also has sixteen programmable buttons which is quite nice. I am hesitant to recommend XP-Pen ever because they've never improved on the longevity of products, it feels like a gamble.

I’ve had a xp pen deco 1 for a least a few years now and it still works perfectly fine, I haven’t used it much tho since I’m more of a traditional artist but I think that it’s pretty good

@@notradicaller I’ve owned wacoms in the past with no problem but to me the cintiq 16 wasn’t worth it when I could have the same thing for cheaper. at my college we have a bunch of the 4K wacoms and they frequently have problems or glitches. The 4K is nice but if you can’t win you can’t win. Allot of amazon reviewers who are artist also complain about issues with wacoms higher end models so I’m hesitant to splurge. I would maybe consider a Huion 4K model down the line, but allot of people on Amazon reviews actually do talk about the longevity if you’re ever interested, the 1-3 star reviews tend to further explain due to their experiences. I would suggest the Huion Kamvas 22 Plus or any of the newer Kamvas 12-16 models. The current Kamvas models are pretty cheap and solid. Wacom used to be really good in the past but now they just seem really iffy as well. I feel like my schools wacoms have too many issues or nitpicks we have to deal with than what should be normal. The pen tech for the cintiq displays are great of course but really in the end for what they expect you to pay I would rather just keep my Kamvas

xp pen is just as durable as any other tablet. If you're careless with it it will break/scratch. That being said I own an xp pen 22 and despite being bulky it's pretty durable than the past wacom one I owned. Some brands you're buying it for brand name and not reliability.

I would really love to buy this but sadly my mom doesnt want me to spend this much money in high school. I have money saved up (a bit over a thousand) and I pretty much never buy anything and I dont pay taxes so I won't know why it's a problem. Damn it
