    What a well explained video. This was perfectly explained The only thing i will say is that, when using an external flash at night mounted on the horse shoe, you dont need as high shutter speeds. you can easliy get away with 1/80 or 1/100 shutter speed and still have crisp images. Well done lads this really was a fantastically explained video.

    • @fishingtutorials
      @fishingtutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cheers Mark! We shoot our flash images at 1/100 but when using a LED light it just isn't bright enough for us to do that so we have to shoot at 1/60 to 1/80. :)

    Great stuff. I have a Samsung s21 ultra and all Samsung come with voice activation. With mine you say either smaile or cheese and it takes. As a sea angler we don't get the luxury of time with the fish so getting good photos alone is challenging. I take a cheap tripod I purchased from amazon and set my phone up on there. The results are okay. I only ever use the rear camera on my phone because it is far superior to the front facing but you obviously cannot see what your are shooting. This is why as you mentioned I make myself small within the shot and crop in. You photos are always fantastic. As is your videography. Great video. Thanks for sharing

    I'm a Samsung phone user, S21+, have been for years and the last couple they've added a feature called Self Take and can activate just saying the word "shoot" (so no need for extra apps) with the Self take mode it takes various types of pictures and a short videos and then you can choose the best and delete the rest. I'm interested in selfie fish adapter you're using. Where can this be purchased?
    As always guys, thanks for the video.

    Protip: By using external intervalometer, the camera will refocus after each shot, that way you dont need to find correct focus (by using bankstip) before shooting. 👌

    • @fishingtutorials
      @fishingtutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounds great if you have a camera with autofocus which knows to detect the fish rather than the person's face!

    • @Palepal90
      @Palepal90 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can do it with your Sony 👌 just remember to disable the face detection, that way the camera will focus the fish.
      I also struggled with this same problem with my Sony A7III. With the inbuilt intervalometer, there is no option to refocus between shots (I really dont know why). You have to use external one, luckily there are plenty options in the market, and they are not too expensive. 🙏

    Firstly merry Christmas guys!
    My question is centered around wanting to buy something that gives me the highest quality images, currently using a smart phone which serves me well!
