I live in Greece and am having a course of laser on face, chest and hands as I have solar keratosis. Basically extensive sun damage which will lead to basal cell carcinoma if not treated. I have lived here for 40 years and although used sun screen when I went to the beach once a week, didn’t when I was working. My hands have suffered particularly as I drive a lot and for hours at a time so as the sun is magnified through the windscreen am now looking to order SPF gloves which are available in Australia. I wouldn’t go so far as to have fillers in my hands but I definitely need to protect them from more sun damage as much as I can. My nose already has BCC. I I don’t want it on my hands as well
