2:36 You built it wrong then. It's often a critic to this set that the saws don't work well, but all the time it is easy to fix by going through the instructions again. The designer who made this set found like the perfect arrangement, it's insane that it works that well
@@BatFlightBuilds BuilderTim made a second video after his review exactly for that set, it's a common mistake because of how specific it has to be to work
I remember having one of these sets as a kid (I believe it was the Magma Mech), My mom bought it before a trans-continental flight from Stuttgart Germany to Washington D.C, and in a stoke of 5 year old genius, or maybe out of boredom I decided to build it 30,000 feet in the air on the tiny airplane table, and the combination of being a young child, a turbulent plane, and a tiny building space caused multiple pieces to be lost and I never took the set home and it was left forever (or until the flight attendant removed it) on the plane. To this day it is the weird Lego building experience I’ve had
Power Miners Was The Most Amount Of Sets I Ever Got From Single Lego Series, In Fact, Asides Polybags, The Only Set I Don't Have Is The Underground Mining Station. This And Mars Mission Were My Favorite Lego Series. O.K. I Admit The Lava Monsters Looked Cool, But I Honestly Felt The 3rd Wave Was Kind Of Flat.
The claw catcher and the crystal sweeper's play features make them so fun. I loved the claw catcher because of how effortlessly it would grab the monsters and throw them in the tub and never misses or fails. It was so fun for my ADHD child brain back in the day
I think LEGO should've put a rubber band on the claw for Lavatraz to try making it actually hold stuff like that claw in the Toy Story 3 trash compactor set
no way you put the magma mech above the crystal sweeper 💀

Well my mistake then, I'll be honest I haven't built the set but I watched reviews of it where it didn't work well.

I had most of the first wave as a kid. I wish I still did 😔

I wish I had a chance to get these when I was younger. Awesome looking theme.

The claw digger and Magma mech are the ones I have the most nostalgia for
Can you please rank every Lego Adventures theme from 1998-2003 please?
I want to but there's not many good images of those sets which is why I haven't done it yet.
Power miners is so underrated

Do you even like Pacific Rim
I have never seen it.
Is it because it has mechs
@@Cole-g2m I know nothing about it.
Well go watch it at your own risk. It's a good movie. But you hate mechs in general?
@@Cole-g2m I don't completely hate mechs, they just aren't my favorite thing in LEGO sets.
