Story time about how I made a whole family hate me for saving their kid from drowning. So I was 9 or something, and my brother was 12. He played baseball at the time. So one of his friends had a Pool party. The boys sister was like 5 or something, and she has some issues. I had asked if she could swim and the parents told me no. Fast forward a bit, I go and eat, sit for a bit, then go back to swimming. I turn and she pushes off the ledge toward me. (Note: I’m in a area where I can just stand, one inch over and I would need to paddle to stay up). Well I quickly swim to her, drag her out of the water. Everyone is yelling, and the dad jumps in, grabs her from me, and literally does nothing. I already had her out sitting in the side. Everyone looked at me like I did it, making her fall in. My dad yells at me to get out, my brother is saying “way to go, look what you did!” I’m crying trying to tell them what happened. No one is listening to me. The girls parents are looking at me then her then back. Making sure she’s ok. I also hit my hand on the wall when I turned to help her. I cut my hand because side was cement. We left after that, and our family’s don’t talk that much now. Once in a while I’ll hear about them but that’s it. My brother still says i almost drowned her. And my mom is the only one who really cares about my side. And she’s understanding about what happened.

Well obviously they could’ve killed the child but if she didn’t get confirmation the baby was alive she could have learned about dry drowning and thought the baby was dead
Also when you do cpr you have to break the ribs for it to work so you would need pain killers for the pain so the poor baby was probs in pain a while until the ribs healed
For the pregnant teacher one: I feel bad for the student. He was probably a normal kid that just wanted his phone and went a little too far. He wasn't trying to kill his teachers unborn child or go to jail.

Second story hits home for me now. Except it was a guy teacher who collapsed. Soooo here's what happened. Back 2-3 weeks ago in history class we were working in groups and had to put our desks together (everyone was still wearing masks but that's beside the point) As I was moving my desk over, I noticed my teacher, lets call him Matt, wasn't looking well. I thought nothing of it. Then as we were putting our desks back, Matt just passes out. No warning, nothing. So 4 of us fuckin RUN to the class across the hall, panicking and flailing. Turns out, he has cancer. He was going to tell us the next day. I can't remember what cancer he has, but I guess he'll be back in the fall. So they just took him to the teacher's lounge and we were excused to go home or whatever because it was the last period of the day.

The kid literally got mad about a phone and punched her in the stomach, which wouldn't have been anywhere near okay in the first place, but to think she lost her baby, an entire freaking human that was going to grow up and be their own person, is truly tragic.

The problem with her telling nobody what happened is that you can actually drown hours after you inhale water. (Dry drowning)

The teacher and the baby one, man. That’s a sad and scary story. It must have killed her to think she lost her baby because a student got fed up and punched her, that’s heartbreaking. It really didn’t hit me until now, everyone at school literally just woke up like an hour before you see them 😟😮
@Sumitha Jetty yeah, I was really upset after that. It wasn't fair to her. Or anyone else. The kid literally got mad about a phone and punched her in the stomach, which wouldn't have been anywhere near okay in the first place, but to think she lost her baby, an entire freaking human that was going to grow up and be their own person, is truly tragic.
