Starting having really bad anxiety attacks, me and my mom both suffer. She showed me this because it helps to calm her down. I love it and it definitely works. All I have to do is close my eyes and listen and within 30 seconds I’m feeling better. Thank you.
When I had really bad anxiety attacks, I took a shower. The water running down definitely helped me to calm down. Might be even better with this music combined.

I feel at peace now. I close my eyes and remember the deep forests I would explore in my younger days. I can feel the cold on my skin and the smell of earth and pine. This video happened to pop up and the Ai that depicts the girl happens to be almost identical to how I imagined My tribal partner was..schizophrenia? Maybe..butI hope not. (I've never taken drugs nor had any other symptoms)

About 10% of my ancestry is Celtic and Finnish, although it’s a small portion, it comes from my Mom’s side, and she has always been very in touch with her Northern heritage and culture, I’m so proud part of my ancestors are Scandinavian ❤️

My ancestry is Scandinavian. I’ve always been drawn to the Nordic/Viking way. I know where my temperament and attitude come from as no one else in my family is quite like me.
But is this music true Viking music? At first I started listening to this music and I was amazed, and it made me connect with the spiritual world. Now I see that these songs have a complete similarity with the shamans of America, and specifically of South America where I am from. What do you think? Btw, soon I hope to go live in a Nordic country that has always fascinated me, I plan to go as an Au Pair, it seems to me to be the only option I have, if not, I will go live nearby; Poland is easier to live in.
