I feel like, half of those updates would just kill the game. Hamburg is mid - poly game. It is not high poly nor low poly. If we add interiors, it would make the EH like all Driving games. ER:LC has their style and EH has their. We cannot put High poly stuff into low poly games. This is just my opinion but I think experienced devs would agree with me.
