Hi Jeff, I just bought the e6 pro, it is my first time, I have managed to engrave, but I would like to know what parameters you recommend for cutting MDF and 3mm acrylic, please
I recently sold this laser and i no longer have the settings i was using on it. I did send a facebook message to the person who bought it to see if they will take a picture of what settings i wrote down. Sorry i don’t remember off hand. Hopefully they respond.
I am getting this great engraver, I had NO idea about the clothing and t-shirts, how in the world without CUTTING the t-shirt did it do that??? THANK YOU!!!
When engraving a design on the shirt you will have to play with the power levels. I do have best luck with 50/50 shirts when engraving a design. I lower power lasers for the best. It is hard to get dialed in at first but after it is easy time. I don’t do too many but I use lasers all the time to cut shirts or fabrics for appliqué. Especially for baby shirts.
I wouldn’t recommend it for that. I would go with at least a 20w fiber like the com marker b4, LaserPecker LP5, xTool F1 Ultra. My com marker is what i use on just about all gun parts that come through my shop. I do want to get a MOPA for that but huge price jump for that.

What are the settings for this machine I am unable to center!!
Which settings are you trying to figure out? Also how are you unable to center? Are you using Lightburn or grbl?

The moment you wash the shirt, it's destroyed. Research before you get your hopes up.
@jeffdoeswhat can I use this on gun parts for surface level designs?
