Haha I could taste that pork belly as you ate it..I use this a lot but under a different brand.... I bet as you opened fridge door to get the meat out you was greeted by a lovely smell.... I make salt an chilli squid, its lush ... Well done Andy a masterpiece..... 🤪🍽
As always Andy the food looks absolutely amazing i could just fire that in right now and i have got to get some of that seasoning it would be great on oven chips to pimp them up 👍👍🧂🌶
Im not a big fan if salt and pepper chinese coatings, but that looked ok. For your veg id recommend using cherry tomatoes on the vine if you can get them, much tastier than a normal tomato.
Andy thats a weird and wonderful combination there😁 mine are a funny lot when it comes to cooked dinners but by the sounds of that seasoning it would taste good on roasted chicken thighs etc or in a stir fry with crispy veggies 👌
Ah now come on Andy. Where did you learn to cook banging food like this. I love how and what you cook. Also your portion sizes! A man after me own ❤️. I’m actually a professional gorgeous grub taster 🤥🙄 and am willing to sample your delights free of charge only because I’m a nice fellah. 👍
Do not think that is a 400g meal. hehehe. that you are now paying well over £3 a meal per a person. it is amazing how many spices etc you can get to add to meat and or potatoes. and all not that expensive for the amount it is and what you will use from it. it is so easy to cook many of the meal you get in a box and pay over the odds for. love to see new things I have not seen in the shops or tried.
The Mayflower stuff from B&M is pretty good. Belly pork near impossible to get wrong though, got me through many a winter when I was young, skint & didn't know how to work smart rather than hard 😂 Fry it up with onions, bang on some ketchup or HP, fuelled up for next day in 10 minutes 👌

Absolutely cant go wrong...tell you how i do pork belly is simmer them first slow simmer in salt water till soft then take out and do 1mm deep slices across meat as many as you can both sides and stab the meat through just with a fork loads times whilst the meat is still warm.. and add your dry sessiong rub then n salt n pepper, put all in a bag n let the rub get into em that way whilst meat sorta open n hot it helps flavour get right in..or wet marinade..leave long as poss then grill em...👍👍
Do some chips Andy with the salt n pepper sessioning add some fried pepper thin cut n onions n mix whole lot together your cooked chips your peppers n onions don't need loads just half a pepper half and onion per person n bung the 3 in a frying pan add your salt n pepper sessioning into pan bit MSG if you want n just let it cook through a bit just a warm through really let the sessiong get in there a bit into your chips n bobs your uncle cheap salt pepper chips prob work out bout £1 a portion rather than £6 from takeaway 👍👍👍👍
Sounds good that, if I do spare ribs I simmer first let them marinate overnight and then put them in the oven, the meat falls off the bone, but yeah good idea with the pork slices, thanks 👍🏻
