WHINLATTER BIKEPARK IS EPIC!!!

- Kara and I decided to check out Whinlatter bike park whilst on our Lake District road trip and it was insane! The 2 trails we rode where the North and South Altura trails which were grade red and black difficulty!

Doing it right 👌 showing people a decent way in to riding. Took my daughter out for the first time on the ebike. You need plenty of patience but it's rewarding. Good on haibike.

First and only bike park I have ridden so far, only had my hybrid with me so only took the medium trail, was still great fun though :)

Im currently teaching my gf biking too. From my experiences I would highly recommend wearing ellbow pads. She had a rather small crash and fell on her ellbow. Nothing too nasty but with ellbow pads she could have continued riding.

Sorry to be negative but Whinlatter is not in anyway a true bike park! I really wish the lakes would catch up and have something like descend @ Hamsterley or bike park Wales. It’s annoying to have to travel away from the Lakes to these other places, when we have so much potential on the door step.😡
Yeah, it's an incredible area but the trails are crap.
You really need to do a poster of Kara doing a trick on her bike....much nicer to look at and sales would definitely be thru the roof. Get her pulling a wheeley or doing an endo or something. Much rather have her poster bro!
