Vitamin E does wonders for scars. A friend of my dad’s got his hand torn up by a chain saw and he told me that he used Vitamin E for the scars and you could barely tell he had ever been injured. Of course the initial healing has to be done first.
As always, thank you for not only sharing your experience but also giving tips that I don't usually see on other breast augmentation surgery videos! I'm only close to 9 months of HRT, have seen my body grow and got small but cute boobs for now, and started presenting as a woman full time two months back... yet I can't lie that I've been thinking about this surgery already. Not in a "I want to do it" way but just an idea in case I don't get the breast growth I dream of. I don't know if I'm ever going to get such a surgery because I think I'm still early on this journey and I'm crossing fingers that my boobs are gonna keep growing, but I'll keep this video in mind in case I do one day decide to pursue it. Have to say the implants definitely looks natural on you, which is really encouraging.
Yeah I spent about two years trying to grow them by adding weight and things like that but eventually gave up because it just wasn’t working. I should make a video on how I decided to go for breast surgery because I think that might be useful to explain the process. Thank you Alex!
Not all surgeons require breast massages after surgery. The breast getting soft after implantation depends on the individual. Some persons take a long time to get soft, some may remain quite firm.
Mileage does vary and softness but from speaking to the surgeon he was explaining that it has to do with the capsule formation around the implant. If you don’t massage it then it’s always going to be tight because the capsule around the implant will be tight so adding massaging create space for the capsule to become a little bit larger

There was one area of concern for me in what you said about chest exercises. i absolutely love riding my motorcycle, and it’s a Japanese bike that has me in positions that would having me leaning forward with my upper arms drawn slightly inward. So that’s something for me to ask my future surgeon about i guess. Also, i’m former military and the physical fitness thing in general gave me pause. i’m looking forward to getting back into some martial arts when i can. Lots for me to consider and ask the doc about. i am grateful that you are sharing your journey in such a real way. Your videos are both helpful and really connect with me as a transwoman. I want to thank you for your explanations and your willingness to be open about yourself and your body. I have always wondered what a trans woman goes through to get where she wants to go. I think yours are the best videos I have seen to this point. Others talk about transitioning. You help everyone really understand it. Again, thank you for your openness. I have never dated a trans woman of any kind (pre or post). When I have tried, they automatically assume I'm not interested in a truly romantic or long-term relationship and only want to 'play around' like it's a fettish. So I guess it will never happen. Twenty three years later I'm a G cup so the size you are now might not be a final size. Yours look perfect for your frame Ashley. :)
I've always wanted to be a certain size and I got the biggest I could go with insurance paying for it: 700cc Ultra High Profile I talked to my surgeon and he can do what I want, I just need the money. I got other priorities right now though. Some things I would point out are: They can do custom implants if you know what you want, they're just more expensive. If you want to avoid scars underneath, they can insert through your armpits, that's what my surgeon did. Now I have to really look for the scars to see them. Also, a good surgeon will put them under the muscle. If you get them bigger and they're put over the muscle, you will get more sagging than you want. Finally, be sure to ask them about the pros and cons of each method. Over/under muscle, incisions under the breast or armpits, and saline vs silicone and texture vs non textured. Also, research it yourself before hand, that way you can point out any inconsistencies.

Young Lady, breasts are all shapes,some like mine jut to the side, I think its an American thing to have horrible looking implants, ie Round Globes. A really good surgeon will not use globes! But produce a natural breast, ie, pear shaped. I have been on HRT and i guess im lucky as i am a 40D naturally. I had a A cup at 17 b4 HRT. Hi Ashley, I’m scheduled for BA in January ‘23 and encountering a lot of fear around the procedure. I’ve got a lung condition that makes general anesthesia considerably risky, along with the post op pain and discomfort I’m told to expect. Currently going back and forth between do I or don’t I go through with the surgery. Of course I also need to be cleared by my pulmonologist and primary care doctor. Dropping down the rabbit hole of evidence that’s available about nightmare boob jobs, things like breast implant illness, capsular contraction, leakage/failure of implants, and the myriad of other conditions that have been documented, has me freaking out pretty hard at moments. I’m definitely on the fence one way or the other. My biggest concerns are getting through the procedure and not being so anxiety driven that I literally manifest worse case scenarios. A lot more to making this decision than I anticipated. And none that I even considered before getting a scheduled date for the procedure. Big part of me regrets waiting so long that the issues I’m facing with my health could have been alleviated had I responded to discovering I was trans and acting on it, versus living in fear that I could never pull off transitioning and not faking any steps for almost 25 years before I ever talked to anyone about it. In the end, if it doesn’t happen, I at least have hormone boobs, and they may actually still be growing. And they’re definitely boobs! My fear is going through with it, and regretting it, whether it be because of worse breathing issues, or any number of other problems. I guess that’s the price of taking any risk. I was told to always go bigger than what u think u want by my t mommas. And yeah totally after surgery and months of them dropping u will want to have gone bigger. The bigger the better the cleavage and the choices of tops/shirts/dresses. But In case your still suppose to do revision every ten years so the tissues inside can be scrapped and any misshapes can be corrected

Yes you can do full body exercises after something like six weeks, but like nothing that targets the chest muscle. I do a lot of weight training for my glutes and then I do free weight exercises. And then for fun I do bicycling.

What if I want my breasts to sag a little bit? I really want it to look more natural, the perky look is also absolutely beautiful, but for my body personally i’d prefer it to look a bit more sagged. But do they sag in a natural way?
I know I'm gunna be an outlier here, but I will fight tooth and nail for a large size because I am tall, wide, and I genuinely like the "fake" look. I know I will never have a good ass, and already am very top heavy anyways, so I see no real downsides that I don't already have

I've been watching your videos for about a week and I'm subscribed but having seen yours and others videos about HRT and I have been wanting to learn how much breast development that I can anticipate and how big they will grow on hormones alone. I don't intend to get implants so if like one estrogen supplier indicated I could only expect to grow to about a AAA cup size. If that's true, then why would I spend the money and time for HRT when I can remain male and female as I have always been.
I've been on hrt for 7 years and my breast naturally grew to like a full A small B. Im going to be doing my breast augmentation soon, but im really hoping they can give me 750-800cc. I don't want small boobs.
I had to go back-and-forth with my doctor to talk me down from 500 to at least 450 I’m still in the four week phase so to me they look small and I’m a tall girl at like 5’10 but I’m very compact build not broad, with only a 12BWD but I got high profile silicone which are 12.8 . He claimed for Hunter it would’ve been better and that’s the max he could fit but he said he would try 450 and 500. But damn I wish I got 500. Maybe in time I will be happy but I can already tell I’m probably going to get a revision just for size .

Silicon does not sag if installed correctly by a good surgeon! One other piece of advice, consider getting over the muscle if you have enough tissue. This will prevent you boobs from looking like a zit ready to pop and give them a more realistic look and feel.
@@AshleyxAdamson When you talking about 4th generation silicone it retains its shape and for. Threrefor if the breast form adheres to the chest wall properly from good install there is little chance of sagging. I am 5 years in with no sagging.

Hi my first wife got them and she was aesthetic with them now she only had to wear tight bandages for a 10 I think and then when she went to the doctor follow up she said he was pushing them down so I don't know what that was about but obviously he knew what he was doing the other thing the doctor told me I had to massage them twice a day and funny guy I am told the doctor I'm not cutting down for anybody LOL , but anyway she loved them so much next two weeks she couldn't keep her top on showing everybody we went to a titie bar I went to the bathroom I came back to ten guys around her all with dollar's out I honey don't do that these dancers in here will kill you your taking there money so that was that. All in all she was very happy with them and seems like you had to do a lot more than her. I know of older transwomen that gained more breast growth over time after the implants. You may end up the same?
Not just after implants but 5 to 6 years after starting HRT.

I believe gravity will stretch your skin regardless. How would a correct install somehow prevent gravity from stretching your skin?

You can of course, but they do this more than you. Nothing feels worse than having breasts too small or big for your frame
