Was blown away by Dr. Dominguez's presentation. Why do we only have a handful of doctors in this country who are like this doctor? We should have an army of them in every state!! I hope she is able to pass on her knowledge and wisdom to many current and future doctors. It is desperately needed!!
Majority of doctors are literal demons.
It’s so hard to find physicians that want to “partner with their patients”. I finally sought out a certified nurse practitioner in BHRT at a medical spa and pay our-of-pocket. Best decision of my life. I left the consultation and bawled my eyes out all the way home because I felt that I had been heard and that there was hope. I’m nearly 53 yo and I’ve been taking BHRT for 7 months and I feel amazing!

Omg, I’m so glad I found this video. 4 weeks ago I had my estrogen/testosterone pellets inserted at a reputable clinic. I honestly can’t ever remember feeling this good. I have energy, less brain fog, and my sex drive is coming back. However, I started researching bio identical hormone replacement therapy, especially the pellet method, and most of what I came across scared me so much that I was considering not going back. Thank you for the education and support.

What did you find out?
The pellet industry is unregulated and untested, and very expensive. You’re better off with FDA approved and tested and regulated bio-identical hormones, such as transdermal Estradiol patch and oral Micronized Progesterone, which are prescribed by medical doctors and dispensed at traditional pharmacies. Plus, these medications are usually covered by insurance, unlike pellets or compounded products.
@@jt8142 The vitamin C you have on your counter is not FDA approved either. This is because the pharmaceutical companies pay for the research to validate their claims.
I’ve been doing the pellet therapy for a year and a half now, and it’s been a game changer. I hear my girl friends (even ones who do the FDA patches etc.) complain about having hot flashes and other menopause symptoms. I just shrug my shoulders. 🤷♀️
I haven’t had hot flashes since my first pellet insertion. And it’s awesome to have my sex drive back. 😈
There’s a ton of reputable doctors and scientists on TH-cam who explain the truth about bio-identical hormones being best for those suffering from menopause symptoms. And they explain the politics surrounding why the FDA will not approve them. I recommend doing more thorough research on this topic. Good luck.

Progesterone should be given to women who have severe postpartum depression. These vulnerable women are given antidepressants that can increase anxiety.

My dr said bio identical is made in the lab too - she doesnt prescibe it ,, frusrating
I did not like the presentation, because there are a lot of unnecessary words, stretched out and nothing definite. Many doctors say much more information on these matters. It was about nothing.
Did you find some better videos that said much more specific things? Have only started watching and don't wanna waste time. Is it useful for females wanting to start testosterone?
But so difficult to get bio identical THB . I have taken pill form for 20 years trisequence and now aged 73 and function better than when I was 40 . So important to do what is possible . I would have loved bio identical but just to insist on trisequence which for me has been wonderful. All my friends also always say why is your skin and health so great ?? My doctor wanted me to go off HRT I refused

What a great presentation, thank you!! It's so hard to find a comprehensive discussion of bio identical and extra points for having current, personal experience. :) I am about 2 years into menopause, was completely "broadsided" by it and went into it with a lot of adrenal fatigue/exhaustion and some kind of unidentified overall body pain that would probably be labeled as fibromyalgia. Three years ago my entire digestive system went haywire. I have been researching and meditating my way back to wellness. I have learned a lot, am using TCM herbs to support my adrenals and HPA axis and provide the building blocks for my body to keep making it's own hormones but am on the verge of trying bio identicals. I've been holding onto the script that is made by a local compounding pharmacy and was happy to find your very informative presentation.
