What about the crew so no one sees that they are there? He does a killer job at moving the camera now, I don’t think he would risk the allure of realism by doing that.
Moe, when you get an anxiety attack like this, just like I already got sometimes too, you have to concentrate on your toes and feel them each individually. All your concentration focused on each toe, one after the other ( you name them in your mind and you switch slowly to each toe like that) it will put a term to your anxiety. Trust me !
