I can try to make the other person feel good, but if they still are swimming in their own low self-esteem, there's only so much I can do! Sending lots of love to the man that I love who ghosted me and to everyone here. ❤️

You absolutely right looks like we should be on the mission at all times to make them stick around. What about ourselves? We are not humans? We should just give? Not everybody is the same, are very miserable, unhappy, and low self-esteem people out there which will try to drag you down. It is not always worth it.

Co-dependency attracts the narcissistic ;) narcissistic people cannot get their needs met from another narcissist. But loved your talk and your insights are truly needed today! All the best!

Thankyou lovely informative video. Think life is teasing, pulling my cosmic leg. Most mornings l’m woken by my lovely elderly husband, who brings me a cup of tea and says, “Morning sweet heart, how are you today?” Our child’s grown up (30+ years ) so we’ve spent many years bobbing around in the cosmic ocean together. It’s only as my lovely husbands body, starts to niggle over the day....then he lets out frustration verbally....what do l do? Most of the time l try to remain neutral or tease him by making light of his verbal outbursts. So we laugh and go for a park walk ( one mile toddle together ) He’s figuring out childhood wounds and lm so grateful for his reflection of moment of now. Universal love from a humble yogini ☺️

Loved this! I came across the term “emotional addiction” today and I feel like you explained more depth what that is /how it shows up in relationships.

The Sikh turban, the headscarf, is also known as a “dastar”, it is an article of faith that represents equality, honour, self-respect, courage, spirituality, and piety. It is required that the dastar, cover the entirety of the head and hair to meet those objectives. This gal, with her hair sticking out all over, is wearing it as a fashion statement, and a marketing tool. She has nothing to do with any Sikh or any religion.

    -Good fences make good neighbors
-What makes a man commit in a relationship? How the other person makes them feel
-Only narcissists use the term narcissist
-In a spiritual woman’s presence, Spirit is known
