I've been listening to this for a couple days because my reiki master has been having trouble balancing my sacral chakra. I go to sleep with it on and twice now I've experienced something stressful in a dream that caused me to cry in the dream. I hope I can release whatever seems to be stuck and find balance

I felt that I had taken a decision of getting married to someone by not reflecting upon myself who and what I want.
