yes! at first I thought it was my blood pressure because I've heard and felt that heart beat in my ear before when my bp has gone up. but it was different yesterday. I heard my heart beat then it felt like my right ear drum was humming. literally, i could feel it humming and then it stopped. has felt stopped up every since as if there is water in it.

I've experienced all of these. Dogs barking or power tools and mowers seem to irritate me, birds chirping seem to sooth and calm me, I can't be around alot of people, I feel on occasion tingling at the top of my head, vivid dreams, and sometimes I feel like electricity going through my body. The last two and half years have been intense.

I've lost a ton of weight. The last week, I've been urinating so much!! I've had a lot of tension in my shoulders and my back has been killing me. I've been drawn to be outside way more than usual too. Humming has been a huge thing out of nowhere lately as well. My energy levels have been through the roof. Like almost anxious. Not nervous, just anxious for some reason. I'll have extreme energy but by 9pm I'm ready to lay down and just relax! My ears haven't been ringing as much or as often lately as they were a few weeks ago but yesterday I could hear my heartbeat in my right ear for a split second then it was like I had humming in that same ear. Now it just feels stuffy in there like I have water in it but I know I don't. I haven't been hungry for junk foods at all but have wanted good breakfasts and wholesome dinners. Yet I have to pick which I'll have for the day lately because I can't eat more than once a day right now :/ I can NOT be around other people right now. If I have to be, I've noticed I've managed to place myself in a bubble lol I've been very sensitive to loud noises, noticing perfumes from far away lengths. I crave to be out in the sunlight and have been walking barefoot more than usual. I've been bird watching and squirrel watching lately and it seems to bring such a peacefulness to my mind. I can truly feel the many changes taking place. I'm doing just what is suggested here. Embracing it all.

I had buzzing in my head, over 6 months, and I lost around 20 pounds. Not much appetite. Sleeping normally, then waking up at 3 am every day became my norm. Overheating and sweating for no reason. Vivid dreams lately. Feeling my DM with me in the middle of the night or waking up with his name on my lips. Digestion much more gas then normal, and bloating. Started spirulina. Wild dizziness in my early days of journey. I've noticed this over the past few years. The sudden weightloss really set me off.

Food doesn’t taste the same and is boring. I can easily go 23 hours without eating. The foods I used love is boring now. I prefer more simplistic meals. Fish salad quinoa. Sardines eggs micro greens. Brazil nuts Even sweet drinks are no longer preferred. I’m loving it!!

I have been experiencing all of these changes over the last few years, but recently they tend to double and triple up in the occurrences and intensity. A new one has started recently, after what I believe is drifting off to sleep I suddenly experience a sudden sensation of being dropped hard onto a hard surface. I jolt up in bed. No illness that could be causing it. I can't find anything on it. Intense.

I don't want to explain what caused this but I felt a alarming feeling come over me while in the hospital and over the next few days I truly felt like there was NO soul in my body I would lye on my couch crying wtf is happening to me I started to believe that aliens had something to do with it. I woke one night gasping so loud because I could see a very tall being standing over me with it's hands inter locked coming down to cover my eyes it was absolutely terrifying after weeks going by I was back to normal but ever since and this was 4 years ago I still see dark shadows I just went for awalk with my daughter and from the corner of my eye I saw a dark figure go from one tree to the other. I see them in my house most of them I see in my house are small. I woke up last night gasping loud this time there was a alien being in my face making a terrifying noise with it's mouth my heart was pounding so hard. I have also woken to see a dark shadow on my blinds that as i watched it ,it slowly sunk downward until it was gone. I was sitting on my couch and I turned to look out my big picture window I could see something in the tree that was jet black it was darker than night it was about 10 pm I asked my daughter what is that out the window she yelled omg what is that it kind of looked like a shape in the tree later that night it was gone and I have not seen it since. I live up on a second floor and I have heard knocking on my window I have heard knocking on my wall coming from outside witch is impossible because I am up to high for anyone to reach. I woke another time at 1 am to banging on my front door I was way to terrified to look out the peep hole. I have felt strange vibrations when i am sleeping and when i am awake . I just wish it would all go away and I really wish I could talk to someone who has gone through something like this even though i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy 😢😢

Lately, the weirdest thing is happening to my neck, back and shoulder blades...I am getting the "chills" but it's not cold chills. It's tingling, but like warm chills? It's weird and I noticed it about a month ago and thought I'm going nuts!😂
I've always had extremely vivid dreams and nightmares where when I wake up and go back to sleep, I jump right back into that dream or nightmare where I left off. Also, I have had dreams or "visions" (more like a feeling of knowing) when something is about to happen. This has happened all my life. (I'm now 56).
