I can't find information anywhere if cameo 4 pro will be discontinued. If so, it would be a shame since it was a good idea for those of us looking for something more versatile and larger as a pro version; even with the various cons already known as loading the mat, excessive noise, etc.
Do we need to load the cutting mat only as directed or we can put it upside down? Because my mat has a lot of deep cuts, maybe this can hinder cuttings...
Hello, I would like to know how I can contact the customer service team. I bought the cameo 4 pro in February of this year. A few months later an alignment problem with the circles began. I wrote and they gave me some instructions but they didn't work. I wrote again several times as I have not received any response since. I have sent many emails, written on Facebook and even called but until now I have had no response and my machine is still under warranty by Silouhette and continues to have the same problem and even others since then. Thank you
Currently having the same issue and I’m so frustrated I could spit nails. I have even messaged everyone of their social media accounts. And get this! They did finally comment on one of my comments on X bc I literally made comments on over 25 of their posts. I have had it! I’ve sent emails for over a month with no response! They responded and told me that they would love to help me but can’t on the platform. I said ok so I’m screwed??? I had to laugh at this point bc I was like huh???? Had I known. This company had no phone support I would have never bothered even wasting $500. Biggest waste of money I’ve spent to date!!! Pisses me off so bad I could spit nails. I sure hope you have had some luck by now!

I am very new and I finally figured out how to print and cut a heat transfer for dark shirts and it was SUPER NOISY I thought it was broken! The settings that the cameo chose were blade 3 speed 8 force 7 and it cut through into my mat and shredded my text so I reduced them all to one and wasn't as bad but still cut through to my mat. What do I do? tia :)
The chat feature is the fastest way to get support, as the support staff does not actively monitor all the TH-cam video comments. www.silhouetteamerica.com/contact Make sure to test cut whenever trying a new material. It is not a quiet machine, but you get used to it. :)
@@julianadelamura 3 metters/sec? Are you sure? Mine do at the most 30 centimetres/sec, on a straight line MAYBE. But if you cut curves, or, CIRCLES, be prepared for a loooooong time waiting. hehehe The cameo is an excellent kraft machine, and I hope they upgrade the speed on these "pro" ones.
I am being told by a support rep that the video is incorrect. you only load the 24x24 mat using the first line and any OTHER mat and no mat media is to be loaded using the 2 loading line. This video has been out for 2 yrs and NO ONE at silhouette thought to have this corrected?

no REPEAT JOB function??? No flash drive port??? why would i buy it. i own a small business that uses multiple machines and would cut routine jobs. the repeat job function and stand alone features from cameo 3 really helps a lot. so unless it has the repeat job function and flash drive port, i wont buy it.
What a disappointing product. Bluetooth range is comical. Noisy. Loading tray is poorly designed. Calling this a Pro model is hilarious. It's about as amateur as it gets. I thought my old USCutter machine was bad but it looks far better after owning this Cameo Pro.

I'm from Brazil and I don't know where else to go, I'll report here what's been happening to me for over 20 days - cameo pro - studio updated itself - an infinite firmware search appears with no option to click - I've already removed the new studio and added the old one - old studio doesn't recognize the cameo pro - I've already sent an email to silhouete america - brazil - I've done everything, I've lit a candle and nothing in this world makes this machine cut - or anything - it just keeps looking for a firmware update - detail, I've already left the machine on all night all day and nothing changed this state - I've already reset it - good despair is my name, there are no videos from Cameo Pro to help me, and not even a single light on this issue - crying a lot over here. I've already sent emails - I've already put it on TH-cam, and so far no response from absolutely anyone, I've done everything I saw on TH-cam and on the silhouete america website, I'm losing a lot of work - I live off this job, I have no other income - and there are more than 20 days without the machine cutting. I'm looking for help. gratitude

Thought I was the only one! It sounds like it's singing when trying to cut. Have you figured it out or still nothing?

No solo Cameo 4 Pro
There are not multiple sizes of Cameo 3. Only the Cameo 4 has a regular, Plus, and Pro model.
