I'm so triggered by falco players in my region saying shit like: "falco is like, 5th best behind fox, marth, sheik and puff" and then trying to tell me that marth is the second best character in the game even though marth's character representation is virtually identical.
Yeah the representation doesn't say much, actually, It does help the development of a character but it's not a determining factor. Marth is actually the second if not ACTUAL best character in the game, in my opinion. But that's the thing, right? It's always going to be subjective. :p
In my experience the thing they mentioned with falco players getting somewhat good and wrecking people of similar skill is very true from my experience. Once i got decent tech for falco as my secondary my friends at college seemed to struggle a lot more vs me, then say my marth which i have played for much longer.
I can't imagine Armada as a teacher like:
