I have just got one 2 days ago got home and the flash would not work turned out to be the people in the shop put it in the new phone case and it was the wrong case and it was covering up the flash on the packet it said galaxy A13 but turned out it was made wrong or something I was trying for hours until I took it out the case and it was fine we'll good luck with yours
