I imagine RAF pilots during World War II playing this trying to calm their nerves before the next call to fly. Some may say it looks boring, but it must be a very peaceful game to play.
Would love to have our outdoor greens that speed but never gonna happen lol.. I enjoyed watching all the finals on youtube!! Hopefully some day I will visit New Zeland to play on your greens!! I'm also a big Lord of The Rings fan so it would be nice to see where it was all filmed!!
I've been playing bowls for 24 years and think the most ridiculous thing in the game is when some players follow there bowl up the green and talk to it ,as if it's going to make a difference, lol😂

Somebody should explain these players the rules, when you stand at the head you're supposed to be 2 metres behind the back bowl, or on the bank.
