LITERALLY. I have an extreme sweating problem still to this day. I've overcome the fear of death though so it's a good start. It's the slow baby steps! Be patient and forgiving to yourself. You need to come to terms with why you fear death. I was afraid of dying because I'm a very creative person and I was scared I'd die unfulfilled. But as long as I have people around me who love me and I am doing things I love, what's more fulfilling than that? It's hard nowadays with media and social networks to find a positive resolve with this kind of things because it's all about popularity nowadays. Which I believe Lacey touched upon in Rot. Things may look pretty, but it doesn't mean it is fulfilling. We expect people's response and validation for our actions nowadays and that gives people a unnecessary burden. Be patient and learn about yourself. We feel everything for a reason. You'll be at peace soon, I promise the pain doesn't last forever
+TXSHGRXY Its the first song i hear from her,i heard it in a vid and thought it was from demi lovato.its a very powerful song. i think i might be afraid too die in this stupid town i live...i mean im so young and there is so much more to live...like in vampire diaries said there is a whole world out there waiting for me..and i wanna see it.but this stupid anxiety doesnt really let me.and the depression makes everything so nonsense.i feel really lonely.. i hope that i dont have to feel like this forever...times are hard..they making us crazy...
