I got 47k-48k going with helix barrel + explosive mag and heart charm for levels. 3 mag size is the least I've gotten without hitting 1 mag size bug at around 12 minute but its not really discernable from 5 or 6 mag size (will need further testing). I firmly believe sniper barrel and blood mag bonus is negligible at best. Heart charm is better to get levels sooner and damage wise you should have no problem with explosive effect and focusing on special power (after credit ofc, always pick fame & glory if possible) which also affect xp bonus from lweight grip. If the gun wasnt bugged, I think it'll be easy to break 50k, maybe even 60k. I just stay in the semi circle spot near thornridge basin drop pod and manage lvl 60 easily with this setup
Interesting, I will try it out I still think that the build I posted here has more potential with good RNG, like getting the gang gang trophee + getting a lower magazine to hand over to the drone
You dont need both helix 2nd and explo mag to get to 3 mag size (with 2 file off mag tunings, 0.75x of 3 still rounds up to 3). And IDK maybe its just gun diff but theres no discernable difference between 3 or 5 mag size. In theory you could skip on grenade 2nd too but I like having extra chances to get to filed off mag asap. First order is insta reload -> credit grip asap. Explo mag give reduce mag size immediately whereas helix give it at 2nd but you get double suck at 3a (which is unnecessary imo if you camp at that one spot). Maybe sniper barrel instead of helix but man, that 3rd path means that it'll be quite a while to get there when you have tons of other stuff to prioritize.
Pasty's Magic Sight has potential... with Pistol and only 31.08% Credit Bonus(Gene) and nothing more i am able to collect 15k+ Parts: Bump Stock, Runic Grip, Goldeneye Charm, Fragmentor Magazine, Railgung Placer, Great Hunter's Barrel, Pasty's Magic Sight ;-)
I’ve been testing with this, same start location but after killing gun gang, move to hive area for the bee queen boss crown instead of fighting charger. Then move back to start for the rest of the game.
I keep wondering why this game uses such mixed math. You see +x% as well as *x.xx. For example, the Blade of Light, It has *1.11 bullet damage, but +11% on both crit rate and crit bonus, *1.04 Underbarrel recharge but +4% Bayonet Radius. Multiplying by 1.11 is the same as adding 11%...Am I missing something here?
If I'm not mistaken I think it depends which stats, is it a percentage or not, like crit chance is a percentage while bullet dmg is not etc Sometimes they just mix both as well which is weird indeed
They're not the same. Multipliers will affect flat added values. A +11% Bullet Damage is not the same as *1.11 Bullet Damage. Assume: 10 Bullet Damage, and you have 3 choices. Choice A: +50% Bullet Damage and *1.5 Bullet Damage. Choice B: +100% Bullet Damage. Choice C: *2 Bullet Damage. Results are as follows: Choice A: ( 10 + (10 * 50%) ) * 1.5 = 22.5 Final Bullet Damage Choice B: 10 + (10 * 100%) = 20 Choice C: 10 * 2 = 20 The multiplier affects flat values, so you should balance between them as much as possible. This is also why when you get the Chevron Charm, you really shouldn't be picking +% Bullet Damage anymore (Unless you're struggling early), and should just focus on *Bullet Damage. Just take note that +8% Bullet Damage is equivalent to Chevron Charm damage boost from 800 kills. This damage optimization also holds true when taking into account Number of Bullets, Penetration, Critical, and Damage Amplification. These are all basic game mechanics that can be found in various forms on other games (League of Legends, DotA2, Risk of Rain, Terraria, Red Alert, Generals, Slay the Spire, etc.).
I’ve been totally ignoring all of this until now, but somehow I still managed to beat El Fuego! xD Thanks a ton! I haven’t played any of the games you mentioned, though; I mostly stuck to Souls-like games and Yu-Gi-Oh growing up.
@@theflashyturtle The optimization part is only if you're concerned with getting higher and higher numbers. If you're able to kill El Fuego without optimizing, that means the game is well balanced. If the only way to beat the hidden boss is to follow one specific build then that would make it boring.
Thank you for posting drone gun! So many videos no one shows what their drone is using.

Can you figure how this build work and and guide us?@@theflashyturtle
I'll give it a try and post if I notice a significant credit difference between the two options
like if there's an average difference of 2-4k or more.

Apparently now they've fixed the optical carbine 1 mag size bug. Time for another round(s) of testing I guess

Very helpful! Thank you
Glad it helped

You are getting better results with this ?
great video tip as always Sir thanks alot1
You are welcome
