2 tbsp milk powder/ khoya
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4th tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1/2 tsp mix masala : kitchen king masala + garam masala powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves crushed
1/2 cup white paste : 3 tbsp cashews + 1 Tbsp melon seeds + 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 cup cooked tomato paste
11/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar
400 gm paneer
1/2 milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp - green coriander
1/2 tsp - fenugreek leaves
ALOO CHOLE KI SABJI 8:09
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Kabuli Chana ( 10 to 15 hrs )
2 cups water
3 Tbsps Mustard Oil
1 Tsp Crushed Whole Garam Masala
1 tsp crushed coriander
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp - crushed ginger
1 tbsp - crushed green chillies
2 small tsp - Besan
1/4th Tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Chole Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 cup - Cooked Tomato Paste
1 - 2 cups water
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
11/2 cup chole water
2 boiled potatoes
3 Tbsps Ghee/ Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp - Coriander leaves
1 tsp - Crushed Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder

6 tbsps hung curd
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

3 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp crushed coriander
