I've seen Minishcap build so many different things on Singed, that at this point I wouldn't be surprised if he came up with a Hail of blades full AD, Tryndamere-like build

I really hope someone reads and tries this.
TLDR Liandry's is overrated* , it's best to rush Sorcery Boots
General idea: Liandry only does more damage than Sorcery + components when enemies are >2.000 HP (this is never the case in Early Game, and only becomes relevant against tanks or brawlers in mid-to-late game)
MATHS: I took the best possible scenario in favor of a mid-game Liandry
Assumptions:
- Only 1 tick, Because Liandry hits for 1 second more than regular Singed Poison.
- The enemy is a fighter with relatively high Natural MR (Jayce) but not a Tank building MR
- Base stats at Lvl 12 (Mid-game) 2nd level ult (Singed Poison = 70 + 80%AP)
COMPARISSON
Liandrys + Regular boots VS Sorcery Boots + Needlesly Large Rod + 2 Ruby Cristals + ( 100 free Gold)
Damage Formula:
(+70 (rod) + 65 (ult) )* 85% (poison) ) * 80% (after mpen) = (+90 (liand) + 65 (ult) ) * 85% (poison) + 6% HP (Liandry) ) * 70% (after mpen)
= > (maths maths maths) ... -199/6% = HP
= > 1997 = HP*
I know there's better boot alternatives, but boots are the item we usually end up selling in late game, so does it even matter?
It's worth pointing out, this hypotetical mediocre build would be *Faster* than a Liandry Singed.
Sure, you could use your singed upgrade to buy Swifties for 600 gold and have +15 speed...OR you could instead choose to upgrade a Crystal to Winged Moonplate (+5% * (350+45) = +19,75 speed). and have 300 Gold to spare...
Damn maybe you are stomping and you'd rather build a bit more damage than health. Aether Whisp + Moonplate = +39 speed
Maybe you absolutely need to be Tanky, and you use that free gold to rush Warmogs.
By the time you had Liandry + boots, you would already be Halfway through Warmogs, doing exactly the same damage, tankier, and a bit Faster.

1-1-2 took a _lot_ of fun out of League. I still enjoy the game for what it is, but I get the most enjoyment out of watching things like Leona Top, Orianna or Azir Bot. It's why I was such a fan when things like Brand being used ApDC or Morgana Support.
A big part of the fun for the game was killed when Riot started getting stricter with Lane Enforcement. Especially in Normals. Not sure how screwy they let people get with the new system of selecting a Champ before game.

It is always fun when you do a strange build that becomes meta aftwerards.
I did double tear ezreal for several seasons, before it became meta and they restricted you to have only one tear item. It just made sense for me because of the hybrid scalings and a full ad ezreal with archangels last, basically got sttats for 1 1/2 and 2 Ap items because of all the mana conversion.
Same with tank ekko back then. I picked it regurlaly even a year before it became meta and nerved, just because I liked his kit and it worked great. I was not even realising how op it has been.

how do you know when its safe to proxy
The jungle and mid are both on the mini map far away from your lane. Botlane is bot and your laner is unable to fight you
You watch the minimap and enemy deaths
If someone is about to spawn they're going to try and stop you
If you notice the jungler gank bot or do dragon or something then it's safe.
Otherwise evaluate if you can escape or execute or kill the jungler. If yes then it's safe.

the fact they have 3 adcs doesnt do anything special to their inhib
you generally don't want to take mid inhib in high elo before 20 min, especially with 3 adc as you're just feeding more farm (gold) into their base that they can easily clear
They get more gold and XP from the super minions, thus increasing the chance of a comeback

the magic damage actually does get reduced by the 8% it counts for all autoattacks even if it does true damage
New ap-tank item to save Singed in the wild Rift?
Not a huge wild rify player, but anytime I play I do outstanding with Singed. %60 Winrate over 60 games. I usually play with grasp or aftershock depending on the match up. Use brush to stall for grasp procs and fight lvl 1 with ignite. That usually gets a kill and i snowball into rod of ages to scale later.
