Same here! P8P feels less premium in hand but better ergonomic and less heavy. Some vibrations like close apps are very cheap like a 99€ phone. The screen has pale colours with some blue tint. Maybe more nits but the auto bright is worst and slower than S23. The Photos at 50mpx are around 32megs! when iPhone and Samsung keeps the quality with less space. Selfie video lowlight is garbage compared with s23. Charge slower and get hotter with some downloads/games. In general P8P is absolutely not wort the price.. and now S23 ultra is cheaper everywhere. Offers better screen with more vivid colours and better auto bright management, sounds louder and the battery charges faster and lasts longer. The 10x zoom is unmatched and the videos can do HDR in 4K 60 not like Pixel only at 30fps. Barely all AI magic is done in cloud not on the phone and you need to have the photos uploaded in google photos before do any magic editing.. Only 2 days with my Pixel8Pro but is feeling far behind the S23ultra.
Both are incredible phones, Google's software looks amazing and Samsung's hardware is impeccable (especially the zoom lense), so its interesting to see a comparison!
I bought a pixel 6 for 260$ 1.5 years after its launch and am satisfied with it. I dont play games, but day to day use and picture quality for the price I paid is phenomenal.
Yeah. It is something special about the Pixel. You give it a try and you will be hooked. Not a perfect phone but it is definitely a phone you should try.
tried it for 2 weeks and returned it. Nice software, but thats pretty much it. For what I paid (£999), it was not worth the price at all. Mediocre battery, mediocre speakers, Mediocre performance, stuttery scrolling, camera lens switching is horrendous, Video is not that nice, and AI features are mostly geo-locked to the US
@@MyKneeHurts you are right. However, Google intends to fix its phone thru updates. Usually it has been the case. I used Samsung before and I felt it was too much and cumbersome with its software. I also have an iPhone 15 pro max. My Pixel 8 pro is my second line. Both phones have simple UI which I love. Btw, I received a Pixel watch 2 for free when I purchased the Pixel 8 pro. So no complaints for me :). The AI is cool but I don't see myself using it. Want to do magical things to your photo? Upload it to Google photo to do it. Want to do better video, upload it to Google as well. Time is valuable. I don't have time to do that for all my photos and videos. My iPhone copies and pastes photo edits to all my photos at one click.
@@MyKneeHurts i return my s23u coz of bad camera...even my old pixel 4 take better photo..its not worth spending more than a thousand dollar for this crap camera and slow charging
I have the S23 Ultra and Pixel 7 Pro. I like them both but the One UI 6 skin is so nice. I also use Nova Launcher for my Pixel. I won't upgrade to the P8P as I don't believe there is enough changes to spend the money. Its all about personal preference here. Nice video!
I think all of the " Pixel Exclusive Features" related to images are available on Samsung. And not just in Google Photos, but in their Samsung Gallery native app. I have a Flip5 and I can do things like erase objects/people from the background. Or you can tap and hold to "grab" an object from the picture like a person or a dog and then create a sticker or save it on its own.
I have both of these right now and am actually switching my SIM card in and out of both whenever I feel like it to try to come to a decision. They are both top-tier with unique features that I love, so it's difficult to decide. Always preferred the Pixels in the past, but Samsung really stepped up their game this year with the S23 Ultra. Both feel premium in the hand, but I have to say the S23 Ultra feels a little more premium although its weight is a bit of a downside as you mentioned. One Pixel feature I didn't see mentioned is both the astrophotography and the macro lens on the P8P. I have had fun experimenting lately with the macro lens and find that it really takes some terrific images. Great breakdown video!
I'm in same boat...have both and swap often. I find the P8P takes better and more detailed photos (why I choose this phone first) over the S23U. I don't like how the boxiness of the S23U feels in the hand, the corners start to hurt holding it in 1 hand. Both are good phones, the s23u has a better screen and of course the stupid pen which I never ever use. Or Dex. But all the pixel exclusives make it that much better of a phone. Signal is comparable, but doing speed tests, the S23U kills the P8P in download speeds. Just my observations.
@@michaelbrown5680 yes, I do speed tests occasionally on both and the S23 Ultra always is faster. I also use Good Lock and love the levels of customization you can achieve with that suite of apps.
The big thing for me as a parent to young children is that Pixel phones are miles better than Samsung when it comes to taking pictures of people moving. Samsung phones are great for taking pictures of people or objects that do not move. The slightest movement and you'll get a blurry picture. My previous Samsung phone was filled with endless blurry pictures of my kids who refuse to stand still when taking pictures. But with the Pixel the pictures come out perfect almost all the time even when people in the pictures are moving.
What's the point of 7 Years of Updates when the TENSOR chip itself is one of the most unreliable chips (because its literally an EXYNOS processor) which is going to destroy your battery life and performance. How many of you have used one phone for 7 Years ?
I was weighing up both of these recently myself and decided on the P8P, mainly due to the cheaper cost and the fact that I'ce never felt any love at all for Samsung's UI. I also love the audio better on the Pixel and the lack of bloatware.
currently, the owner of both got the Pixel 8 Pro on Saturday, The issues I have found are it gets warm and the battery is trash, but the cameras are hard to separate, both are great phones but if you a power user s23 ultra all day long and the one things theses reviews don't tell you about magic editor is that without a internet connection its useless
Have used both phones. S23 Ultra lasted about 2 weeks. The colour reproduction on the camera is poor. Pixel 8 Pro from a camera point of view is streets ahead IMO. That’s so important for me 👍
@@wouter.d.h. well it’s all about opinions sister. I’ve used both and for me the pixel 8 pro was better. Watch MKBHD latest video where they did a picture comparison between 20 of the best phones. 20 million people voted and the top 3 phones were pixels. S23 Ultra was way down.
*As an ex Pixel 4 user and as I write this from my Pixel 7 Pro I got as soon as it came out, I'm definitely getting the Pixel 8 Pro in a few days for sure. I've also had iPhones, Galaxy and Windows phones before and Pixel has definitely outdone them all again and again. Gotta love the way these phones feel.*
I have both the S23 Ultra and the Pixel 8 (not pro) and since buying the Pixel 8 a month ago, I find that I almost never use my S23U any more. It's just so so easy and comfortable to use the Pixel. I know the pro model is larger, and likely more difficult to handle than the regular 8, but still the form factor and ergonomically appealing design of the Pixel makes it an easy winner for me. I can do almost everything with one hand and find that I am using the phone so much more, *for* so much more, than ever before. The S23 is an excellent phone but at the end of the day I am finding that I want the Pixel in my hand more than the Samsung.
@RagingBad that's not what they said at all. The s23U just isn't very comfortable to hold. I had the Note 20 and hated the corners and weight of the phone; it was a chore to hold. I got the s23+ and never wanted to experience that again, especially seeing as I had the s10+ before my note 20.
Pretty much everything in the Samsung one UI advantage section is also available on pixel. The Microsoft share with windows computers is on pixel as well, desktop mode is on pixel, multitasking is on every andriod I thought. Its really just the s pen stuff and edge ui that's added on (that stuff is cool, just weird it got lumped in with a bunch of stuff thats obviously on both)
the one problem i find consistent with Samsung, is it always has light glare for low light video. Every samsung I owned had this problem, including the S23 Ultra. it seems to be a lens issue.
I think with the pro mode samsungs implementation is better because it wil assure that only people who want that feature use it. And i think you can easily drag the pro mode from the selection UI to the main camera screen. And im also glad that you say iphone gets 5 years of major OS updates. Only two iphones ever got 6 but its made to be the norm by some other people whereas 12 iphones got 5 or less
You nailed it and now there is a cool video to reference when explaining why a Pixel phone is much better than a galaxy phone. Loving my P8P so much! Thank you! 💯🕶️💜
Pixels are just so much more stream lined and clean. I can't stand redundant apps and what not on other phones. Plus all the innovative stuff like all the AI and call features make the Pixel a clear choice in my mind.
Ihave the pixel 8 pro an s23 ultra and an iphone 14 pro of the three i stopped using my 512 S23 ultra, when i had the pixel 7 pro i would occasionaly still use the Ultra, since picking up the 8Pro its dispalced my iphone as became my main phone where the iphone is now used for work and facetime with my wife and kids. The Pixel 8 camera is amazing, the battery will get better with use and algorithm and the screen is fantastic especially in sunlight with its 2400 nits. The 7 years of updates is fantastic as well. The s23 ultra spen is the only feature i will miss. I personally cant stand One UI and the bloatware or proprietary samsung apps. For that matter i have a Razr+ as well and will use that over my S23 due to motorolla utilizing a stock android experience .
The biggest mistake google made is to pair up with samsung and develop this shitty SOC Tensor. If they use snapdragon or develop with TSMC, they could dominate a part of the market
I'm still not sure what to do. I really like the feature of being able to write on my phone and take notes... But I love the a I photo editor in the Pixel... It's going to be a hard choice
I tried to switch from Samsung to something else for a while now. Only because they started doing the same thing apple does. Each year, we get less freedom. First, they removed the headphone jack, then the sd card slot. Now they dont even include a phone charger after you spend $1200! These were my reasons to switch. But as much as I hate to say that, I can't switch for the simple fact that no other phone has more software features and customization than Samsung. They really polished their S lineup
You sound like a P8P fanboy. The S23U is the better device all the way around. There's a reason it's cheaper. And the features you mention for the P8P are all done on the S23U also, if you know anything about these phones, and how to port things. I have no loyalty to any company, and especially not Google. So I ONLY want the best device without compromise. That's the S23U. Hands down. And one last note, you kept pointing out things are don't matter, as a reason to go with the Pixel, which is pathetic advice. As an example, almost NOBODY is going to keep one of these phones for seven years, yet you make it a huge selling point. Most people will upgrade every two or three years, especially now with all the big tradein deals. So boasting a seven year support slogan is moronic and irrelevant. And the S23U is just as efficient at deleting things out of photos, but I guess you forgot that as you lie about it being a feature that the P8P has, and the S23U doesn't. Also, while you reluntantly admitted that anyone can get the S23U for the same price as the P8P, later in your conclusion you still listed it as a reason to chose the P8P, which is flat out lie, and seriuosly disingenuous of you. There is literally no logical reason to choose the P8P over the S23U, unless you just like the particular way it looks, or are fishing for clicks...
No way I am choosing a phone that's "fine" for something i'm going to have for years. Pixel gets hotter, samsung came up with a solution to that. Pixel is by far slower. My personal preference though. I want a phone that's superior feeling to the hands, amazing speed, great camera and won't heat the hell up on me. Which is why I didn't go iphone this time around. Samsung is the clear winner IMO.
Their hands-free speakerphone sucks on all the pixels.. yeah the speakers play music good through it but when you use it for hands-free and talking to somebody through it it sound like somebody got a pillow or a bag over the phone which I don't have no phone case so it's since it sound like that
Object Eraser debuted on the S21 Ultra so, im not to sure how this reviewer came up with the story that the Pixel had it first when the Pixel 6 was realeased 9 months after.🤔
7 years of updates... Google never support their own products.. 7 years..lol, they will have forgotten about the Pixel 8 in 18 months. Check the previous support statements from Google.
I decided to go for the s23 ultra over the pixel 8 pro recently. Why ? Battery life and Snapdragon 8 gen 2 over Tensor G3. I think Samsung made the s23 too good (!) this year and in my opinion no other android flagship beats it. Most of the pixel features are software tricks that tend to come to other android variants over the course of the year or processing is handed off to cloud. The brute power of the s23 is hard to argue against. Wouldn't say no to either device but since now are similarly priced phones the s23 ultra is the choice for me given the option.
No most of the Pixel features do not come to other phones lmao literally only the eraser has and thats cause samsung payed for it to be added and no they are not similarly priced as the pixel 8 pro is 200 or more cheaper retail and if you mean discounts through carriers you can do the same on the pixel 8 pro actually way more often as it its newer and better phone so carriers are pushing it more with bigger sales or free when you add a line. A long the lines of performance there is no difference at all only in benchmarks and there is no app that a day to day user would use that would push either phone to a point where it would matter not even gaming on it. The only downside is the pixel 8 pro can run warmer but its also lighter so thats to be expected.
@@IgneousLion61 pixel 8 pro is inferior to the s23 ultra by a long way. You’re welcome to yours but wouldn’t swap the s23 ultra for anything that has a Tensor G3 - especially when the 2024 flag ships will have the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 onboard. The hype won you over - but the Pixel 8 pro isn’t in the same league as the s23 ultra (despite coming up to a year older) never mind what we will see early in 2024. By the way - I got my S23 for £500 having traded my pixel 7 pro on top. It pays to wait for the best..
Tensor G3 😂 wtf do they use such a mid tier chip? I couldn't even believe they would want people to pay for that price and call it pro with such mediocre chip. The S23 Ultra delivers with it's price tag. P8P doesn't. And while the software stuff impresses me. It's not something that will make me choose P8P over S23U
Love the flexibility and hardware of Samsung, but the clean UI experience of Pixel is unmatched. Plus, I find photos with the Pixel are better as all the cameras have 48-50MP sensors. I've printed posters from the Pixel.
Buy the one you like, literally. Most of these phones are at a level that the most of us wont notice a difference. I just traded in my 14 Pro for an S23 Ultra and I dont regret it one bit. The 23 Ultra is probably the best phone out on the market right now. That being said, the difference wasn't all that i would've still lived perfectly fine with my 14 Pro. The reason i traded my iPhone in for those who are interested was the battery life. Other than that all these flagships nowadays will leave you happy. And honestly if the Pixel 8 Pro was available here in my region i would've gone for it and been perfectly satisfied. 😊
@@bigdrews4360 Who even uses the default messaging app on the phone 😂, everyone uses Whatsapp. I also use an iPhone, and my friends even with iOS dont use iMessage, everyone uses Whatsapp.
@@gregrgeggg facts man, facts. Watch other reviews, battery drains tests and speaker tests. You will learn the s23u gets at least 2h SOT more, speakers are livelier, sound almost as rich as the ip15pm, the screen, even tho on paper less nits, looks better color and design wise. It has a smaller punch hole, watching videos is also nicer due to square shape too. There are only 3 things p8p does better - photos, haptics and some AI features, which are still just a gimmick. I take better battery life, speakers and screen over haptics and a bit better pics

I have a pixel 7 but tensor chips are garbage. Google hardware is 2 years behind. No more pixels for me until the hardware improves. Phone gets hot using chrome only? Battery barely lasts a day with a average use
I feel like even though google says they support 7 years of software updates, this phone isn't even worth keeping that long. That is because their tensor chip is actually trash and almost 3 generations behind in terms of performance and efficiency. Forgot all the benchmarks, this chip absolutely acts worse than chips 3 years ago. All their AI can be done in any chip and I actually think there is very few AI features built in the chip as most features they bring up is using google servers instead of the tensor chip. This chip also runs hot and software updates can only do much. Battery is mediocre but can be replaced but not all people will want a slow device by then. I also doubt google will actually support it 7 years because they abandon so many long term projects. Samsung typically has many sales on this part of the year so s23 ultra can be cheaper than the current price of pixel 8 pro, combine it with insane trade-on deals that they sometimes offer that can literally save you 300$ or more just by buying old phone on ebay
Just got the phone around a couple of months ago. The phone is great but it is not for me because of the following reasons. : 1. I overlooked a very important aspect that 5g does not work despite of the phone supporting the frequency bands if the network/country is not approved by google. The VoLTE and Vo5G also does not work. I travel a lot for work in and around Africa and Asia and other than the official supported networks/countries the phone's software limits the network to 4g. 2. Honestly the network reception/stability was better in my older phone(One plus 8T). 3. A number of features are region locked to supported regions. 4.The service support network to repair the phone is not extensive and is limited. For top dollar I expected a little better. The above are the So my suggestion is that if you travel a lot, this phone might not be for you for the above reasons. Will definitely be looking to replace it in a couple of years if things do not improve. P.S:I have copy pasted the same comment from a number of other popular reviews in the hope of preventing from making the same mistake I did.
My S10 will turn 5 years soon. No more updates, but processing and so on.. i see no difference compared to the Iphone 14 pro that I also own. And i am not a Samsung fan. I was a HTC boy.
I keep my phones 3 years and Trade them in for the newest hyped up phone. My son still has my old note 10. It doesn't hold a charge all day like it used to but still holds up good.
Pixel will never become your first choices based on spec i cant tell what it is, but you have to try it by yourself.. That's why sometimes it's hard to recommend this phone to other's.. i start pixel journey from 2xl, 3xl, 4xl, jump to 7 pro
I just bought a S23 Ultra last Sunday, waiting for it to be delivered today. I would of waited for the S24 Ultra but i can't wait that long since i needed a replacement now from my iphone 8+. Hopefully it's worth it!
On the other hand, Samsung also has killer trade in promos on release, so you can likely get the S24 for a decent price if you still want to upgrade. I think the S24 will be popular due to the flat screen.
@Jordan-ff6mc honestly I love it! Especially for watching videos with the phone mounted off to the side while I play mw3. It's way smoother, faster. And a great camera. I love the curved screen so I dunno if I'm gonna get the s24
@@Fiko_RebornI'm counting on that flat screen. Hopefully they will get magsafe like tech. It'd be nice to have pme natively that doesn't interfere with stylus function.
The stills on my S23 are not in the same league as my pixel 8 pro. It's seriously not even close. The detail, colour and dynamic range are in a class of its own for the pixel. My iPhone 14 pro didnt get close at all either.
Both very capable devices. Been on fence for past few days. Was offered s23 for price of pixel 8. Tensor chip is great for photo stuff but average for everyday.
Really happy with the p8 pro, i have both phones. I use my phone a lot, the ultras bulky and fatigued my hand. Maybe its just me, i barely use the s pen. I just game, check social media, watch videos, text call , photos and features from google seem better to me.
I am planning to start a recipe youtube channel. I can't afford a bunch of studio camera equip, but I can afford to ungrade my phone. What phone do you recommend for the best photo and video? Thank you.
Reading these comments...ive come to the conclusion that essentially....its all opinion at this point😂😂 generally its all about experience and preference so ill just have to take my chances in this Russian roulette of which phone should i pick....wish me luck im going in!🤷🏾♀️
I was always a pixel guy before, came from Pixel 2xl to Pixel 6, and after 1 and half year of using Pixel 6, the battery suddenly swollen. Got it to replace the battery but the mic suddenly dead. I don’t know what happened. And then i switched to Samsung S23+ and my mind was blown. Yeah, definitely would buy another samsung phone for next upgrade.
I tested both phones and the modem on the pixel 8 is still bad. Places that have good ultrawide 5G Network the pixel stayed on LTE or the low band 5g. Where as my s23 ultra stay on the ultra band 5g.
I returned my pixel 8 pro and came back to samsung (s23 ultra). I wanted to like the pixel so bad but at the end of the day google still has lots of work to do to catch up to Samsung.
@youtubedev0 it does however never use it that way. It's always in my hand if being used. The pixel 8 pro feels cheap compared to the s23 in my opinion.
People that keep comparing Snap and Tensor just dont get it. The chips are built for different reasons. The snap is a chip in all flagship androids for raw power. The tensor is a learning chip built around AI because that is what the pixel is built for. Tensor is built for Pixels where snaps are built generically for flagships. The pixel will only get better over time. The S23 ultra is a beast of a phone but because it has so many software add ons, (Some gimmicky) it needs that power to perform. Where the pixel with just plain vanilla android in my opinion is even snappier with the less powerhouse of a chip.
X is short for times. Say "times" rather than the letter X. For example say, "10 times optical zoom." It's like back in math class. 2 times 2 equals 4 or 2X2=4.
I think we are at that point where people will go with what suits their emotional needs. For example, some people will always go with the iPhone no matter what garbage they churn out, and it's ok..I'm a Google fan and will do the same.
I can't all these reviewers seriously who say Pixel 8 Pro is smooth. Yes, OS navigation is smooth but that's where it ends. Did you actually use any common apps? Even google's own apps like TH-cam, Playstore, Photos, all stutter when scrolling. Reddit and Twitter are terrible too. Instagram was surprisingly smooth. My Galaxy S22+ has much smoother scrolling in these apps compared to Pixel. It's a shame becuase I like the Pixel otherwise but scrolling issues on a $1k phone are unacceptable.
The.S23 Ultra is easily thebetter phone and Googles gimmicky promises doesn't make thephine better today. They already know there will be next to nobody waiting for updates when the last update rolls out for the 23 Ultra in 2028.😅
So at what point in life wouldn't you have an internet connection? The internet and Wi-Fi everywhere. So what is your angle or point? Are you trying to aim at? 😊
@@yaboipookiepooklol you can lode signal snd have bad signal. The editing AI features have to be done over a server so having subpar internet would make that task take like 10-15 minutes.

Photo boost ,best take require pre-planning, audio erase limited to 2 minutes, transcript summarize feature limited in time, zoom focus never arrived. Two many broken promises.
The s23 ultra is far superior with the s pen gestures and utilization when my fingers get tired and for photos from a distance , Samsung health , Samsung flow , Dex , Samsung Smart View, Samsung TV , wireless projection , 10 x zoom , excellent battery , thermal management and superb performance on low battery mode , emulator gaming way beyond the iPhone 15 pro expensive gaming , superior multi tasking with exclusive edge panel up to 3 apps at a time , superior in screen fingerprint scanner etc . have the s23 ultra and it's the best phone ive ever used. Also the s23 ultra has dynamic island, and you can download anything from anywhere. My s23 ultra is the phone champion of 2023. I was playing Mario 3d world on my s23 which the 15 pro simply cannot do. ONE UI is awesome I love what pixel is offering with AI but they have bad battery I prefer Samsung variety and versatility.
Interesting. I think I'm also more of a Pixel dude, so I'd agree with your conclusion but I think what people also mention is that the screen quality of the Ultra shall be much better. In any case it's a close one.

Battery life on the Pixel has been unacceptable. I am away from a charger during the day, and it crashes between 1:30-3:30 pm.
I have the S23 Ultra and Pixel 7 Pro. I like them both but the One UI 6 skin is so nice. I also use Nova Launcher for my Pixel. I won't upgrade to the P8P as I don't believe there is enough changes to spend the money. Its all about personal preference here. Nice video!
The fact that you ruin a clean and tidy Google OS to use Nova explains why you like Samsungs OS more
lol nova is best get out
How much did you buy the s23 ultra??
I think all of the " Pixel Exclusive Features" related to images are available on Samsung. And not just in Google Photos, but in their Samsung Gallery native app. I have a Flip5 and I can do things like erase objects/people from the background. Or you can tap and hold to "grab" an object from the picture like a person or a dog and then create a sticker or save it on its own.
Of course they are. He knew this, but was desparate to make the P8P sound better than it actually is.
@@AquaStevaeHave you seen the performance comparison videos?
The S23U have both of those features too
I'm in same boat...have both and swap often.
Does the Samsung wobble when you lay it flat on a table and try to type on it? That would be frustrating if true.
@@youtubedev0 yes, it does. But when it has a case on it, it doesn't.

😮
I was weighing up both of these recently myself and decided on the P8P, mainly due to the cheaper cost and the fact that I'ce never felt any love at all for Samsung's UI. I also love the audio better on the Pixel and the lack of bloatware.
currently, the owner of both got the Pixel 8 Pro on Saturday, The issues I have found are it gets warm and the battery is trash, but the cameras are hard to separate, both are great phones but if you a power user s23 ultra all day long and the one things theses reviews don't tell you about magic editor is that without a internet connection its useless
Thanks for that critique, we should have pointed out it's internet dependent.
why would you have a phone w/o internet? lol
Have used both phones. S23 Ultra lasted about 2 weeks. The colour reproduction on the camera is poor. Pixel 8 Pro from a camera point of view is streets ahead IMO. That’s so important for me 👍
"streets ahead" 😂
Pixel camera is streets ahead???S23U has a better camera for my taste and S24U will be even better.
The screen on the S23 Ultra is highways better in terms of watching content.
Went from a OnePlus 7pro to an iPhone 13 pro to the Pixel 8 Pro. Loving my Pixel 8 pro!
That’s because you aren’t a power user
@@RagingBadthat's true if your a power user don't get the pixel 8 pro get the galaxy. Other than that the pixels are awesome!
but how is the battery life for both phones? isn't that important?
@RagingBad that's not what they said at all. The s23U just isn't very comfortable to hold. I had the Note 20 and hated the corners and weight of the phone; it was a chore to hold. I got the s23+ and never wanted to experience that again, especially seeing as I had the s10+ before my note 20.

Pretty much everything in the Samsung one UI advantage section is also available on pixel. The Microsoft share with windows computers is on pixel as well, desktop mode is on pixel, multitasking is on every andriod I thought. Its really just the s pen stuff and edge ui that's added on (that stuff is cool, just weird it got lumped in with a bunch of stuff thats obviously on both)
Switched from S23 Ultra to Pixel 8 Pro, only thing I miss is battery life.
Battery ment to he gd on pixel
So basically the S23 Ultra with google software would make the perfect phone 🙂
the one problem i find consistent with Samsung, is it always has light glare for low light video.
Thank you!
💯🕶️💜
7 years of updates is not a advantage given the fact that the tensor processor is very much behind the snapdragon gen 2
Pixels are just so much more stream lined and clean. I can't stand redundant apps and what not on other phones. Plus all the innovative stuff like all the AI and call features make the Pixel a clear choice in my mind.
The Pixel is full of redundant Google apps, that other oems remove.🙄
Have you ever reviewed that ASUS ROG 7 Ultimate or the regular version?
The biggest mistake google made is to pair up with samsung and develop this shitty SOC Tensor. If they use snapdragon or develop with TSMC, they could dominate a part of the market
Wish pixel was still available in my country... Would drop my s23 ultra in a heartbeat...pixel software and operating system is just special
I'm still not sure what to do. I really like the feature of being able to write on my phone and take notes... But I love the a I photo editor in the Pixel... It's going to be a hard choice
I'm in the same boat. Did you make q decision?
I have found a use for the Pixel thermometer! I used it when I was baking and needed to check the temperature so the yeast wouldn't die
Their hands-free speakerphone sucks on all the pixels.. yeah the speakers play music good through it but when you use it for hands-free and talking to somebody through it it sound like somebody got a pillow or a bag over the phone which I don't have no phone case so it's since it sound like that
That's good to know. Thank you
Object Eraser debuted on the S21 Ultra so, im not to sure how this reviewer came up with the story that the Pixel had it first when the Pixel 6 was realeased 9 months after.🤔
They just need some stuff to fool views.

Your Roborock vacuum link is the same as the one for the Pixel8
7 years of updates... Google never support their own products.. 7 years..lol, they will have forgotten about the Pixel 8 in 18 months. Check the previous support statements from Google.
Word? Hmm.. 💭
I've printed posters from the Pixel.
the best choice for most people is to use whatever you already have, or buy something cheap second hand
The s23 Ultra, no compromises and will last longer due to a better chip and better battery life.

My question is that after you get to such high and good specs, do you even feel the small difference?
As great as the ultra is. Everyone already knows for best photography you go with Pixel. And for best Android experience. You go with Pixel.

Best advice of this video, wait for the new models coming out early next year.
The above are the
So my suggestion is that if you travel a lot, this phone might not be for you for the above reasons.
Will definitely be looking to replace it in a couple of years if things do not improve.
P.S:I have copy pasted the same comment from a number of other popular reviews in the hope of preventing from making the same mistake I did.

On the other hand, Samsung also has killer trade in promos on release, so you can likely get the S24 for a decent price if you still want to upgrade. I think the S24 will be popular due to the flat screen.

I tested both phones and the modem on the pixel 8 is still bad. Places that have good ultrawide 5G Network the pixel stayed on LTE or the low band 5g. Where as my s23 ultra stay on the ultra band 5g.
It's more than correct, the modem that has the pixel is an old Samsung mounted on an exynos soc, it's the same one that has the s21 and s22 series😅
If I get these 2 phones in the same price, which one should I buy?

@youtubedev0 it does however never use it that way. It's always in my hand if being used. The pixel 8 pro feels cheap compared to the s23 in my opinion.
The insanely bright P8P screen is possibly it's most dramatic improvement of other phones. Nothing else looks this amazing in bright direct sunlight.
The S23U screen looks MUCH better in direct sunlight than the P8P, and it's not even close.
I think all phones should have a stylus
I've had a different experience with these in the battery department. My s23 ultra died fast compared to my pixel 8 pro.
Same only got around 3-4 hrs sot on s23 ultra, but coming from iphone with every time minimum 5,5hrs SOT
Hii i can not decide s23 ultqra of pixel 8 pro ? Can u mij help please? I ll make my pigeon show video's..😊

X is short for times. Say "times" rather than the letter X. For example say, "10 times optical zoom." It's like back in math class. 2 times 2 equals 4 or 2X2=4.
Chill out bro
I'm starting to think you guys are getting paid to advertise Google Pixel. It's not the best, but you keep promoting it as the best.
I need a phone with a desktop mode otherwise i would've seriously considered the pixel. Samsung Dex is just the ultimate feature for me.
I don't like playing with sharp objects so it's the Pixel for me even with the slow charging and subpar battery life.
I wouldn't change my Ultra.
