With me, I got married when I was 35, got pregnant when I was 36, and gave birth to my daughter shortly after I turned 37. When I found out, I was told that I would have a 2% chance of having a baby with a birth defect (Down Syndrome, I believe). Due to the fact that I was born with a cleft palate, I had a 20% chance of having a baby with a cleft palate. Praise God as Sara Kate was born healthy. She will be turning 22 on Saturday, the 6th of April. Thank you for sharing your story of pregnancy.
I'm glad I didn't have any children after 40. My health took a huge decline I swear the day I turned 40. My energy levels dropped and never seemed to return. I started with early menopause, then hypothyroidism and now intracranial hypertension. I find having grandkids is more fun- And so thankful for the 5 kids and 8 grandkids.
How is your diet and iron? I actually eat better now than I did in my 30s I wonder if this has been a big part of the difference for me. In my 30s I ate a lot more refined carbs. Not sure if this might help you or not but thought I might mention.
@@mommabear2many I think a lot of my issues was inherited from my mother's genes. She and my brother have/had diabetes and my 6 siblings all have high blood pressure, and I don't.
I had my four daughters at 19, 21, 25 and 28 and I wanted more and tried twice once at 31 and lastly at 33 and lost both pregnancies one at 9 weeks and then at 18 weeks and after that I couldn't bear the distress of trying again. I agree with you though about health declining past 40 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 40 and I have had numerous issues in my early 40's I am now 48 and I have completely changed my diet and eating habits and I intermittent fast which has helped with inflammation which does help with my fibromyalgia and has helped me reach and sustain a healthy weight but still I feel my age and have lots of aches and pains and have to work hard to keep as fit as possible but I go through a lot of deep heat cream on my joints my husband and I joke that when we were young we would wear perfume and aftershave to bed to be romantic but now we use joint cream. I see aging as a privilege and I do enjoy aging and seeing my daughters grow and flourish in their lives. I am yet to have the joy of being a Grandma as my elder two are in the medical field so have spent a long time in University and studying, we are very proud of them but it has meant a delay in them starting families. My third born is 23 and likely to be the first to have a baby she is marrying next year and wants to start a family soon so hopefully we get the joy of grandchildren before much longer. I can't wait to buy baby stuff again and help look after my grandbabies.
You could do a part 2 about parenting littles in your 40’s. ☺️I think you and I are the same age. My husband and I adopted twins a year and a half ago. I love being a mama in my 40’s!!! ❤️ Many blessings!
I love that you are such a great Mom. I never had problems having children, but my daughter who is 42 has not been able to carry babies she has miscarriages around 6 weeks or so.She does have PCOS,but I know ladies that have that and still have healthy pregnancies. No one ever mentioned supplements to her,Thank you for sharing your story with us.🌹norma
I highly recommend the book it starts with an egg. Also Coq10 ubiquinol is a must up to 600 per day. But honestly if all her miscarriages are early I would say that her progesterone is low I would ask Dr for a prescription as well as topical.
I'm 39 and pregnant with my 8th (so excited!) and this was very interesting. I don't know if you know anything about folic acid vs methylfolate, but definitely do some research on that as well since a high number of women actually can't convert folic acid into folate.
Yes I actually said the wrong thing not folic acid I actually use the later in the tincture form I highly recommend it! 🎉congratulations on your 8th baby. When are you due?
Hi Mama Bear it's fiorella from Canada so happy to see your video I watch your videos every day I love them all I wish I was blessed like you to have more than one child I was told that I couldn't have any children and 5 years later I was blessed with my son but I couldn't have any more after that bless you Mama Bear and your beautiful family❤🌷🇨🇦
Thank you so much! I’m so glad you were able to have a child! I actually had a surgery after my 6 child. I was told I could never carry a child again. I prayed I sad Lord I may not be able to but I know you can do whatever you please. I will trust in you. It feels so amazing to have my children. They are so cherished. Hugs 🤗

Bromelain is natural in pineapple. You can boil the skins and heart in water and make a tea. The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin. To make turmeric more bioavailable to the cells. Use black pepper. There is other things that help that as well.
I had my 1st child at almost 18 and my 14th child just after I turned 40 years old. I would have had more children if I had not developed dilated cardiomyopathy during the very end of that pregnancy. He was born in 1997. All my children are now adults, and many grandchildren have now arrived. My quiver is full. 😊
Thank you for making this video. I turned 40 in July and we got pregnant with baby#7, I felt like this baby wasn't going to make it and I was correct. I had my first miscarriage at 11 weeks (baby stopped growing at 9 weeks) and I had a d and c. I'm not sure if I have the courage to get pregnant again but I do still want to grow our family.
I just had my 12 th baby I’m 36 years old now I got my tubes token out just because I know I’m getting more tired and I mentally couldn’t handle having miscarriage I’ve pray about and I know it was the best decision for me and my family
It was the very best pregnancy ever, I was really ready, the first daughter was at 19 totally different, my second was so so special, I found I was calm, happy, content, she is now 23 in April where did it go😮
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry for your losses. I had all my (three) kids after 40. It wasn't by choice actually, I had to deal with health issue and get a couple of surgeries under my adult years and I didn't want to try to have children while still not knowing if I will be okay healthwise. My final surgery was a month before I turned 40. I thought I would never get pregnant at that age. I'm 45now and my youngest is 8months. We also experienced loss a couple of months before my last pregnancy. I am beyond grateful that I have been given a chance to experience healthy pregnancies, giving birth and motherhood. Wishing all the best for you and your family, I hope all goes smoothly now
Momma bear..you sure have it together. Sometimes being pregnant during menopause might be scary 😮. You look beautiful ,by the esy...women have a certain glow when pregnant & it's flattering. Glad 1st trimester is over..👍🐞🌺💞
Yes I am glad we are in the second now! I feel like now I can really get excited! 😊. I actually have not had any signs of menopause as of yet. If not nursing my cycles were still very regular.
We’re 76(UK). Love watching vlogs with large families as sadly we are childless. I was a primary teacher so was lucky to have daily contact with children but it’s still not the same. I had 2 ectopic pregnancies and was fortunate to survive both. They said I would never conceive again. A few months later however I was pregnant but😂 had a miscarriage at 13 weeks. My gynaecologist offered us IVF on the NHS. It was in the early days of that treatment. We were lucky to have 5 tries at IVF but sadly each try failed. By that time I was 40 and was told it was too dangerous to keep trying. It was gutting at the time but I could understand that’s what God wanted for us. So, thank you for sharing your journey and family with me.😊😻
Hugs big hugs. Mother Theresa never gave birth but had the motherly instinct. It sounds like might have had her kind of heart. My great aunt never married or had children she is the sweetest with my children she is such a blessing!

Is there a birthing center with midwifes that is near the city hospital ? Maybe could potentially be an option where it might be a more relaxed “ like home” setting, allowing free movement, walking, eating drinking, ect. and in the event of a medical event you could be transferred to the city hospital with better resources?
The problem is, having so many kids is time consuming. Mom had seven Dad worked a lot to pay for it. Mom was so busy with household chores, driving kids, outdoor chores, she didn't have much time for individual attention. Also in these times money is an issue.
You need to be intentional with your time for sure. I was an only child and my mom stayed home. But very little quality time was had. You must be intentional. Also someone who puts a child in public school is missing out 6+ hours of quality time. I’m sorry you felt you didn’t get much time.
When I was Pregnant with my Son,I was 12 weeks and Stsrted Bleeding, I thought I lost the Baby,My Pregnancy Symptoms continue and So the Doctor said I was still Pregnant, After I had him I started Hemorrhaging and they did a D&C and found out I Started out carrying Twins and one died.
I had my last baby at 39, and it was hard on my body! I had my tubes removed afterwards because I knew my body was done! Our youngest is 6 now, and while I love him dearly; his Dad and I are so tired! I think having children in your twenties is by far easier than your thirties.
Such an inspiration!! I'm 34 yo and also 34 weeks pregnant w my 5th baby I want to continue to have babies for as long as I'm fertile This is my 1st child with my new husband and I hope to be able to give him a couple kids at least. It's out of love and God is the one who makes it possible. God bless I am so excited for our births.
It was a very interesting ‘chat.’ You must have an incredibly strong body and stamina as I know many women who cannot carry multiple pregnancies due to difficulties and lack of strength, prolapse, a weak uterus, past C-Sections, etc… You said you’ve taken it easy this time, but in comparison to many, you work very hard. Lack of sleep is a big factor with babies so I don’t know how you do everything you do. I think in your case, erring on the side of safety and having the baby in the city hospital this time, especially with a history of hemorrhaging, may be wise. Your children need a momma. Different subject and varied opinions perhaps, but it still applies in the fact that some women may not produce eggs. I know of a couple who adopted embryos and had triplets. There’s frozen babies as embryos who without being adopted and implanted will as I understand have to be destroyed after a certain amount of time. Very sad! So to those out there who do not have eggs, embryo adoption is an option if you feel it is within your Biblical convictions.
Yes good points! Yes I feel blessed. I did have a partial prolapse but it was attributed to someone yanking my placenta sigh. I also have had transverse or breech babies but had the chiropractor do the Webber technique. I might do another video about some natural alternatives. I’m not quite sure yet. Interesting about the embryos.
Yes, the Webber technique would be interesting. My 1st baby was a 24 hour induced forceps baby. I was a month overdue and the water was green so he was in distress. But the forceps did damage and years later I had a partial hysterectomy. I hope you took my comment as a complement. Each couple has to decide what is best for their own health and situation. Some husbands are sadly not supportive. But it’s sad to see certain cults and non-Christians have many children as Christians are having less. So those raises with a Biblical mindset are becoming more rare. I’m shocked at some of the humanism that has crept in to even those raised in Christian homes. I think you do great!
Does none of all that that happened in your 40s tell you to stop having more children? I worry for you and the children that are having physical and mental issues. Even though a human body is healthy even after 35 doesn't mean its going to be healthy to do. Our cells aren't meant to be chemically strong anymore. Our cells start dying every day. Have you adked yourself who will truly take care of all your children should something happen to you? I'm not meaning this to be mean or anything like that but it comes a point where you must really truly think about this not just the want for another baby
Well what you are saying is mean. I could ask almost any American who feeds themselves and there children processed foods if the feel guilty feeding there children food that will poison there bodies. I trust God in what I do He is creator of all. I do my part my trying to keep mine and my children’s bodies healthy by proper nutrition and exercise. There mental and spiritual health by healthy relationships. I cannot say I know many people in modern day culture that can do that. My children very rarely need medical care most have never seen an antibiotic. Most children in our current culture live on antibiotics and antidepressants. We focus on caring for the bodies God gave us. So no I’m not worried. Anyone could get in a car accident tomorrow and die. I choose not to live in fear. I choose to share the truth of Jesus Our Savior with our children. And enjoy all the moments with them. I choose to trust Gods perfect plan.
I dont think you were mean at all I was thinking everything you sad It is notvgood to live in fear but financially and if anything happened to her or her husband it could be very bad
I watch this just to see what it is all about. Seems like having sex and getting pregnant is your main focus. You need to stop. You talk so much about your kids picking vegetables so I have a feeling they do most of the work around the house and taking care of the other kids. 😢
with mine i had my first 3 in my 20's one a home birth has i lived alone and had 2 small boys, then i remarried at 36 had a miscarriage at 37 has got such a beating from ex husband , but then i got pregnant at with identical twin boys and had them by c section has both breeched and a month early but both was fine i was 39 by then ,needed no special care etc, but hospital stay was just terrible had a right bitch of a nasty midwife i am sure she escaped from local hospital she only short of a white jacket . my mum was 45 at her last one which number 16 but had a bad fall down the stairs and he nearly ended up in her bowel had to be rushed in for first and only c section , but she had all at hospital except one ,she never took any extra meds or pills but eat lot veg mainly dark veg like cabbage and sprouts spinach ,all her baby's 10 -11 pounds born and never had a stich until last one .
Wow those were big babies! I’m so sorry to hear about you loss and how. Hugs 🤗 how old are your twin boys now? What a blessing! The twins not the experience.
I don’t understand why or how a women can have a lot of babies. Your insides must prolapse. Just one baby can have a large impact on your body. I am not a troll I just don’t understand why you would want your body to go through all that.
You were lucky your government was still allowing d and c because we are hearing up in Canada that many of your states no longer allow it in these situations 😢
I gave birth to two children and my daughter both of them I had at the hospital but I had them both natural my daughter was fine but my son had the piccone pneumonia and if I would have had him at home he would have died
I respect that you have faith in a god . I do find it hard to imagine how you could put yourself in danger because of a god though. If you had died your children would have been left without a mother. Also the first part of the Old Testament in the bible basically blames women for the sun of the world and Eve was punished Tanad all women would have to give birth in pain and suffering. So I don’t think a god has any respect for a woman . Keep safe and enjoy your babies . I’d say don’t let religion decide on your health though. The good nutrition is probably a better choice.
I don’t see how I put myself in danger because of God. Because of a home birth? I could tell you some horrible tales I went through in the hospital. Actually when I was hemorrhaging and went to the er the dr try to send me home. I refused to be sent home. The city hospital said I would have died that night if I went home. The same hospital refused to transfer my son and it took me 3 days to get him transferred by then it was too late and he died. Hence the reason I don’t want to be sent to that hospital in emergency.
Everyone determines family size/ structure from their view of God. A person who believes and trust God, would trust His full provision. A person who doesnt have a certain veiw of God tends to run life in self preservation, which most times looks like little to no children. Because thats what they think they can afford/ handle/ birth.
I’m not against people believe if in hod . I just find it difficult when they say they do things because of god, like have flora of children or wearing certain clothing, or not eating certain things etc… all religions have rules and many of the rules are aimed at women . I have five children , I didn’t have them because of god. I educated them to know about what different people believe but didn’t expect them to believe what I might believe. They are all good kind compassionate people . We supported people with disabilities in a shared home: the idea of accepting people no matter who they are was lived around them. No mention of god though. A lot of groups go around telling mothers not to have an abortion but they aren’t there to mind those children when they are born into poverty or suffering . Many religious groups say help the poor , but wouldn’t give condoms to people on poor countries to help them control the oooukstions which is putting the families and their country into extreme danger. So they god question only seems to work in one way. I’m all for having children , being a good person and doing good for others , but not over populating the world and allowing millions of children die of hunger and poverty.

Maybe could potentially be an option where it might be a more relaxed “ like home” setting, allowing free movement, walking, eating drinking, ect. and in the event of a medical event you could be transferred to the city hospital with better resources?
My midwife has a clinic but I would never make it there on time as it is 2 hours away. Unfortunately.
I didn’t know that it possible to be pregnant that many times at an advanced age. You have an amazing reproductive system.
I know women that have had babies at 49
Crazy...
@@mommabear2manyWere those babies “healthy” or did they have some problems? If you don’t mind me asking
❤
🤗
I had my last baby at 39, and it was hard on my body! I had my tubes removed afterwards because I knew my body was done! Our youngest is 6 now, and while I love him dearly; his Dad and I are so tired! I think having children in your twenties is by far easier than your thirties.
I actually had a hard time with a couple in my twenties. Thirties for me were easiest. Forties I learned to take it easier.
What are the ages and sex’s of your kids
Momma bear praying for you and family
Thank you!
for me glad iad my kids young. Had too many health issues
Do you recommend a certain prenatal and coq10?
Coq10 must be ubiquinol. 200-600 a day is what I have taken. Prenatal I just look at the ingredients try to make it organic.
@@mommabear2many thanks so much! Just curious, was the book you “referenced” it starts with an egg?
@@christiem1582 yes it is it starts with an egg.
As God intended- go forth and multiply and replenish the earth.. ❤
Yes and Amen! 😊
Such an inspiration!! I'm 34 yo and also 34 weeks pregnant w my 5th baby
I want to continue to have babies for as long as I'm fertile
This is my 1st child with my new husband and I hope to be able to give him a couple kids at least.
It's out of love and God is the one who makes it possible.
God bless I am so excited for our births.
It was a very interesting ‘chat.’ You must have an incredibly strong body and stamina as I know many women who cannot carry multiple pregnancies due to difficulties and lack of strength, prolapse, a weak uterus, past C-Sections, etc…
You said you’ve taken it easy this time, but in comparison to many, you work very hard.
@@VikingUffDa I’m so sorry about that is must have been very scary to have forceps and then having issues after hugs
Just an FYI, that industry is INCREDIBLY dark...
How many times have you been pregnant

I was 30 when i got pregnant with my son after 3 miscarriages ..i had to take the progesterone also just until my second trimester !
Yes many do! I’m sorry for your losses.
Well, I'm not trying to be mean and was trying to put my thoughts out there the best way I know how. So I apologize if it still came across that way.
@@andreamorrison8419 I appreciate that thank you
I dont think you were mean at all
I was thinking everything you sad
It is notvgood to live in fear but financially and if anything happened to her or her husband it could be very bad
@@mommabear2many , they 21 next month , and really they are a blessing x
I don’t understand why or how a women can have a lot of babies. Your insides must prolapse. Just one baby can have a large impact on your body. I am not a troll I just don’t understand why you would want your body to go through all that.
You need to truly care for your health and your body. Just like any muscle your body will go back if given the right conditions.
Our bodies are quite literally designed for this...
What does your husband do for living?
@@ruthannelamantia5568 work hard
You were lucky your government was still allowing d and c because we are hearing up in Canada that many of your states no longer allow it in these situations 😢
I gave birth to two children and my daughter both of them I had at the hospital but I had them both natural my daughter was fine but my son had the piccone pneumonia and if I would have had him at home he would have died
Hugs
