Were you fishing just shoreline or points or back of coves.
Looks like you were on the main lake fishing the points and down the sides of the points.

Absolutely love it on the water. Its very very stable and comfortable. The only bummer is how heavy it is to load and unload.. Other then that its a awesome kayak. The spot lock also comes in handy for keeping your kayak on a spot.
