      They dehydrated well. They are not quite like industrial made pasta. Mine is a bit mote brittle and breaks easy. They are stored up nicely in a jar. I have cooked them just yet.

      I actually think I really liked the pasta nest the best. I think next time i would just make nests

    Sometimes you need a little flour so the blades do not stick

      I will try that! I can see that the rotating cylinders are a bit wonky and causes them to not come into contact periodically.
