    I like that this isn't multiple hours long like the others because when I leave it on to fall asleep to, it doesn't go on forever and drain my phone battery

      I leave mine while it's charging and my phone was so hot when I woke up! I use this video every night now, instead of the 10 hour ones.

      In case this helps anyone else, if you have an iPhone, you can set a timer in the clock app and for "when timer ends" choose "Stop Playing" (it's at the bottom). This will stop anything that's playing including audio books etc. at the end of the timer. Awesome for people who like to fall asleep to something but don't want it playing all night!

      In android you can turn the phone off and will turn on a time you set it.
      The creepy thing is how does the phone know how to wake up if it is "Turned Off"? I did not research for it and I will just leave it as a magic

    This reminds me of every morning waking up for school. Specially reminds me of high school. You know, when you first go outside on a cold morning, where you could see your own breath. I was never entirely sure where this noise was coming from or how but I assumed that it was the sky taking noise and echoing it in a slow hum. I always found it to be such a nostalgic peaceful sound.

      Where I live, there's a highway near me but not close enough to hear it regularly. Only on cold winter mornings would I hear the cars on the highway since sounds travel farther in the cold. That's what this noise reminds me of.

      Yes! Waking up at 7 am and going out while the sky is still almost white and you can hear a couple cars occasionally passing buy. Most tiring but memorable mornings.

    I can’t explain the way this makes me feel, it sounds so stupid but I am tearing up because of the pure peace and concentration that I feel, I know it makes no sense but I’ve struggled to not think throughout my whole life, this helps me become aware of my thoughts. This helps me relax and let go, this helps me release the pain in my heart and I don’t understand how, it’s just noise. Thank you.

      My Mom was 34 when I was born and my Dad was 54, when I was a kid I worried a lot too. My Dad passed away when I was 29 and my Mom is still here and I'm 54! Don't think about the possible loss of time, Live in the moment. Every day when you wake up think of three good things...anything...the blanket feels soft, I'm happy I saw a squirrel yesterday, I like a certain class. Then say, "universe (or God/Allah/whatever you believe in), show me how good life gets". Start your day with good intentions and thoughts and your day will follow.

    • @Conscious101
      @Conscious101 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Don't be afraid young one. Every "body" will die including yours. Look at a picture of the solar system. Look at imaginings of the universe. Knowing there are endless universes and endless solar systems like the one we are in, look at the Earth. The Earth is already only a tiny speck. Now imagine what we perceive as "many" humans and other animals living here on Earth. Now see only yourself. What a tiny tiny speck yes? Apply all that you have just read and imagined to Time. Also endless in this realm..going on and on and on. What a tiny tiny tiny less than microscopic amount this "time" and "body" is. =) Detach from it. Live it as an actor doing your best for all around you. All will be well.

What I have learned is, don't put urself in fear for future things that doesn't even happened yet. Bc one day it will happen. When u think about it now, u will feel the pain of loss ur whole life until it happens. One time is hard enough,it will be the problem of ur future self :)

    Although I've never talked to a professional about it, I experience nearly all of the symptoms/aspects of OCPD, on top of experiencing some social anxiety as I am a very introverted individual. This all leaves me very overwhlemed at times. I was just searching for some background noise for reading a book that wasn't any sort of music and stumbled across this. I swear my brain immediately went fuzzy & blank for a few seconds & it was such a scary & weird yet relaxing feeling. One of the weirdest sensations I've ever felt but I think brown noise is going to be a life changer for me.

    Used to travel for a living. This reminds me of being on a long flight very early in the morning or late at night when there is no talking in the cabin - just the wind over the wings. I have tinnitus and right now it isn’t enough to cancel it out (mid-late afternoon), I’ll still try it this evening to try to sleep. All I’ve found that can help me sleep is to close my eyes in front of a tv with the volume turned low, or wearing earbuds while listening to a talk podcast with the volume turned down low.

    The first time I heard I felt silence for the first time in my entire life. My brain felt like it was restructuring and there were no dagger like ideations or shards of anxiety, I felt like I was going to cry but I let that go too. It felt like I could be at peace for once, nothing in the world has given me such peace. “I really need, need a free mind now…” free mind
