    If i want to add a water soluble extract to a coconut oil, which emulsifier should i choose (the product is a hair oil and i want the end product to be clear and light)
    Already tried with glyceral oleate, isopropyl mysritate but no luck

    Emulsifiers seem like the dark arts of only secret societies concocting in dark musky basements…..its so hard to get good comparative information about it without embarking on a 3-year degree….OK I’m exagerating for effect 😊.
    This is so useful, just know why there exists a thing called ionic and non-ionic, just to understand “what’s the point??” And how to blend emulsifiers. Thank you - this puts a lot of the other reading in context.
