(Salary , work pressure, growth,extra benifit, etc )
And if someone is selected in npcil and wants to go in ntpc than he has to pay 6.7 lakh ruppee? During training period also

No only the amount u got from npcil if u leave before training completion and NPCIL is way way better than ntpc in every aspect
