Thanks FPB! I've been leading trad routes on my buddy's preplaced gear pretty comfortably up to 11c. As I get some more routes placing my own gear under my belt, I'll be curious to see where this goes. It's a different kind of fun from sport climbing for sure.
@@TheLordsaviour Think pinkpointing a route. My climbing partner will lead a route placing gear; when he gets to the top he lowers, leaving the pieces in so I can essentially "sport climb" the route. I then clean the route after getting to the top.
Thanks DPA! I'm pretty comfortable at the 5.10 grade. The only thing that was a little weird was not being "stick clipped". When I came down I told my belayer, "just had to stay calm on the jugs" lol.
Good looking route. Good gear opportunities for the 10 part. Looked cruiser after the roof section. Thanks for sharing🤙
Glad to see you plugging gear. Keep it up!
(Also form a YT standpoint, a far more popular style of climbing for POV videos.)

@@tallmanbeta981 could you explain what leading trad on pre placed gear is please.

Man! that's a ballsy first trad lead! Good job.

Nice climb!
On horizontal placements put the wide lobes on the bottom side.
Cool thank! I haven't heard this one, so I'll keep that in mind next time.
