The reason for the middle placement of the window switches and the speedometer is to cut costs. They don't have to make different parts for LHD and RHD versions.
Maybe Freestyle could possibly Fit in Here...As Dragon 1.2 is Just like this 1.0 K series, Kwid like Ground Clearance(Even More at 190mm) , Safety of Ford...So yeah maybe such vehicle exists!

I've 2008 Alto the initial pull is decent yet after 80 it struggle considering it's older than a decade still the engine refinement is really good never had any problems with the engine
Once I did drag race of wagonR kb10 2012.. The car did wheel spin in 1st gear and then in second gear as well... This kb10 engine is one of best engines in segment....
