Quick question: I could now buy a Triumph Street Triple RS from 2017 or get a new one. What I'm wondering now is, is the €7300 difference worth it? You drove both, I would be happy to receive an answer

I had the 2020 version, which is slightly different (mostly just the display though I think). I would personally chose the new one (it was worth losing 5k on the BMW I bought a few months before to me), I prefer the shorter gearing, new geometry, and the cruise control is a must for me now.
However I have a friend on the 2017 one and he prefers the previous seating position, bigger tank, and more legible rev counter.
So I'd recommend giving both a test if you can! The new one is more nimble in my opinion, but that comes with slightly more weight on the wrists, longer tours definitely require the cruise control now haha
