But if the double chin is caused through skin laxity and breakdown of collagen (ageing) then absolutely not. RF is perfect for the face, neck and decollete.
SpaSource why isn't cavitation used on the face? i'm young and have genetically quite big cheeks. i'm skinny but my face always looks bigger and it throws off my proportions. if i can't use cavitation is there any other non invasive procedure i could do?

I don't understand why someone would want to lose fat off their face. Don't we lose fat from our face as we age? Wouldn't it make you look younger with a fuller face?
Yeah we would, but there's no guarantee we would stay the same weight overall as we get older. fat body usually means fat face. some ppl have a fat face and skinny body, but their chubby face can give them the overall appearance of being overweight even when they're not
Graham Pryhm you are absolutely correct. The only area may be under the chin if you have allot of fat there but it would only work properly if the skin is Atleast 2 inches thick.
