She was unconscious and he had sex with her. She couldn’t consent because she was unconscious. That means it was rape, not blown out of proportion. Aaron raped her.

Thing is its so hard for the police to prove, no DNA CCTV etc. Of course people deserve ti be believed but there are some cases of spiteful people feigning r* allegations. The real question is what is the line of consent when you kiss when you go through to the bedroom like when cause its not as if when your about to do it you both acknowledge with words that you consent only thing I know is when someone says no it nonconsensal cause I've passed out like that so how would the other one know they might just think its how they like it cause they wouldn't know otherwise
Amy passed out cold ... Aaron saw this, had time then to take off his clothes. Clearly there was no communication, no movement, kissing or passionate participation from Amy. Aaron was not passed out he was fully active and aware that Amy was out cold.
Actions have consequences.... If her excuse is she was drunk then he can use the same one. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
